Rios painting is a legit company. My wife has used them before but I had never met Juan or his guys. He did great job taping, mudding, and painting our house. We have high 28ft ceilings and it really presented a problem but Rios painting was able to protect our floors from the heavy scaffolding and did a wonderful job getting to the dry wall seams to repair. They were also able to change out 20 light bulbs for us that were 28ft up...used LED bulbs so hopefully I won't have to change them for another 10 years. Reasonably priced. We had bids from other painters that were $2000+ plus more and that didn't even include using scaffolding. I would highly recommend Juan and his painting company...he goes out of his way to make sure things are done correctly and if not he will correct them for you at no charge. read more

Juan and his team painted our kitchen cabinets and stained our newly constructed fence. He quoted us a great price and did a fantastic job. I was really impressed with the cabinet's finish quality. Rios Painting just finished painting a good portion of our house. It was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor doing work in my home. Juan Rios' professionalism was clear from the beginning when he came to our home for the estimate. When he arrived at our home to begin the job, I told him I wanted to replace the return air grille which had become rusty after decades of service. He told me that they would eliminate the rust and paint it so that it would look brand new. The grille looked so bad that it was hard to believe that could be possible. But Juan was right. The grille looks new after his team's good work. Next, I told Juan that I wanted to replace the stairway handrail which was an outdated wood brown from 1964. He acknowledged that the rail was still in good shape and that they could prime the rail and metal bracket that attached it to the wall and paint it white to match the trim. Juan turned an eyesore into a work of art. Juan strives for perfection. It's clear that he cares about his work and your home. He goes beyond the call of duty to ensure your satisfaction and his team follow his lead. Our whole project was finished quickly and cleanly. The quality of the work is impeccable. Juan and his team did such a fabulous job painting the exterior of our house! From start to finish and everything in between! To start, Juan immediately responded to my request for a quote shortly after I posted the request, the same day. He came by a couple of days later to look at my house and submitted me a quote a few days after that. Compare that two 2 other companies (also highly rated on Yelp), which took several days for them to even respond to my request, and in one case a few weeks to finally book, then a few weeks later to give me the final quote! Juan's bid came in on the lowest end, which sealed my decision to go with him. Juan and team were incredibly professional and it was evident they took pride in their work. They had very good attention to the details. We have a lot of areas of rotten wood, which they filled / sealed. They were flexible with mid-stream adjustment to what I originally asked them to do. They even pressure washed all of our decks - I have never seen them so clean! They were so good, I had them come back a few months later to stain the decks. Again a fabulous job! For example, we had meant to replace our previously shabby-looking garage door but didn't get around to it; they resuscitated it and it's no longer an eyesore. We feel so fortunate to have found Juan and his team with availability to paint our nursery and toddler's rooms as well as complete badly needed touch-ups on short notice. Although I was upfront that I had a short window of availability before my due date, Juan did not try to take advantage of the situation and provided a very reasonable quote (unlike another provider whose quote was more than double!!) I also greatly appreciated how, during the estimate, he took the time to explain to me the painting techniques to do the touch-ups ourselves if we opted to go that route. We have been working on a major remodel for 6 months and Juan and his crew have been the most reliable, competent, skilled and enthusiastic of all the subs we have worked with.
