Working with Enrique from start to finish was a fantastic experience. He was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire project. When I received multiple bids for the job, I was happy to find that his pricing was fair and he stuck to it, which meant there were no surprises or negotiation involved. Enrique's dedication to his work was apparent from the beginning, and he made sure that we were happy with the final outcome. He would check in with us daily to ensure we were satisfied with the progress and asked for our input on any decisions that needed to be made. His suggestions were great, and he even gave us advice on which trim pieces would look best in the accent color and which ones would not. The quality of the work was outstanding, and Enrique made sure to paint even the little areas behind the facade that we would never have seen. The job was completed thoroughly, and the paint job was flawless. Enrique and his partner were incredibly tidy and left no mess behind after each day of work. I highly recommend Enrique and his company, Prado Pro. He exceeded all of our expectations, and we are just so happy with the job. It can be tough to find a professional, committed, and skilled contractor, so you're lucky to have found him. Your search for an exceptional painter can end here! read more

Enrique and his team were so good I knew I had to ask for them again when I got the opportunity to have the paint removed from the woodwork in another bedroom in the home. Once again, incredible work for a reasonable price. The labor was extremely difficult but they pulled it off and put in the extra work to make it look absolutely perfect read more

The work was excellent! He arrived on time and completed the fence stainmg job right away. Better than expected. Paid attention to detail. I'd hire again read more

Enrique came to fix our walls. He is a hard worker and I appreciate this work.

Start to finish Enrique did a great job. He cares about doing the work well and stays within the bid. The house had not been painted for some time and he kept the yard clean with all the paint chips and his crew was friendly, on time and did good work. He helped with paint colors and his bid was in the mid range of what I received. read more

Enrique and his crew from Prado were responsive, accommodating when we had a last minute schedule change on our end, and easy to work with. Enrique gave me advice on paint colors when asked, and it's clear he has many years of expertise in the business. The price was reasonable and extremely good value, even when the project doubled in scope (should have expected that...)! Most importantly, their work was excellent quality. They worked patiently with attention to detail and cleaned up each day. I look forward to working with them again on other painting projects. read more

I contacted this company to receive a quote to redo our kitchen cabinets. I was contacted by Enrique who at first was very responsive. He came by and gave us an estimate. We were deciding which company to move forward with, so I contacted Enrique to see when he can start. He never responded back, which is fine because it saved us from working with a flaky company. I am looking forward to working with my first choice anyway. read more

Prado Pro did a great job on my house. Enrique and the guys were careful and professional, did not step on my plants, and fixed some things that needed fixing. read more

Enrique and his crew just painted a bedroom for us. Fast, professional, detailed work and fair prices. When and if we have another, we are certain to call Enrique. After reading previous reviews, we discussed in advance exactly how we should prepare. We removed the outlet covers in preparation for their arrival and replaced them after they left. No big deal. There was one issue which made it less than a 5-star experience: the crew missed painting part of the window. However, it was handled well. We contacted Enrique when we noticed and he came back the next morning (a Saturday) to finish up. read more

Enrique Martinez and his team painted our entire outdoors of our home in Pinole. It looks very beautiful and well-done. He was a very nice, professional with competitive pricing and did a 5-star job. He has a great team, puts a lot of attention to detail and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommended. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm only giving one star because I need to write this review. I am not understanding where these good reviews are coming from, perhaps friends and family? Because this company is ridiculous. This is the word I will choose today. We purchased a home that needed painting and stripping of wallpaper throughout the house. We spoke with the contractor Enrique. He told us he could have the job done within a weeks time. We contracted him, explain to him what we needed done and what our expectations were in our home. Enrique's crew showed up and went right to work on the first day. It seemed to be going well the first day. They seemed to have gotten some work done. We were actually kinda impressed at how fast they stripped the wallpaper. My husband and I had to work the next couple of days. When I showed up around 3:00 at the house the following day, they were already packing up for the day and had only finished one room! WTH? Same thing the next day, they had only finished the hallway another room! I noticed at this point they had not even removed the brackets from the windows, the towel racks, or even the cover for the thermostats. They were taped and they were only painting around them! I kindly told them that they needed to remove these items and paint them correctly. This irritated me because as contractors, they should know to remove these simple things. Ugh! The next couple of days I was off from work. Again, they had a couple of people painting and it seemed to be going well until I stepped into the bathroom to check out the paint. They removed the border in the bathroom except by the window and and painted right over the wallpaper! Did they think I wouldn't notice??? Horrible job! We made them repaint the frames around the windows. Again, we realized that they had thrown all the light fixture covers in one large bowl. Some were broken, how? We do not know how. Anyway, when they replaced the ones they could locate, they didn't match the walls. Some of my light switches had gaps between the wall and the cover. (See PICs) this company did an awful job of painting. Maybe they should stick to one room at a time. I would never recommend this company to my friends and family. Sad read more

Since day one, Enrique was honest...in all aspects and he answered all of my questions without doubt or hesitation. He accommodated me on short notice while other companies were fully booked. They power washed our entire home and painted the samples on the exterior surface before purchasing the paint to ensure they were the colors that we wanted. The crew were always early and were very respectful. There were no delays or interruptions and finished the work in a week. The quality was A-1 and I would recommend Prado Pro Painting to my family and friends! read more

Enrique Martinez and his team did a fabulous exterior paint job! They sanded with hipa filter vaccums, patched, removed rotted boards, applied 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Sherwin Williams endurance paint, 2 part epoxy and went back to fill gaps after that again where needed, on our 2 story split level house. All of it was carefully, meticulously hand painted with seasoned craftspersonship, zero spray paint, gear cleaned up nightly, continuously for 1.5 weeks. Enrique is a very clear, calm communicator and educator, sends timely formal bids and invoices, and is insured. We've never been motivated to post a review on Yelp, until now, because of his very fair price and above and beyond work quality. We hope to always use his services to protect our largest asset. We got the bid last winter and he was able to squeeze us in, early May. You will be fortunate to book his team, Prado Pro Painting, definitely plan ahead 2-3 months. We will definitely ask him to paint our interior soon too! read more

Prado Pro Painting - Before and after, detailed sanding in multiple stages. - Painters Near Me

I had a great experience with Prada Pro last month when he painted our house (exterior). When I first called to enquire, Enrique picked up on the phone in the second ring and actually came by to look at our house just 45 minutes later. He got me a free estimate within a few days - price was very reasonable and he stuck to the estimate. Work started just a week after I called and was done in one week! Despite everything coming together so quickly, they did a quality job with the prepping and the final paint work looks great. He and his crew were friendly and professional the whole way through. Would definitely call again in the future.. read more

Enrique and his team did a great job painting my investment condo in Richmond Bay. He was responsive, on time and reliable. His price was fair and ultimately he did a great job, which is all that matters. Will definitely be using him again on my other investment properties. read more

Extremely pleased with Enrique's work and professionalism. When he came to give me an estimate, I explained that 2 of my exterior walls needed extra protection as they were more exposed to the weather than the other walls. He explained how he would prepare the surfaces and the method he uses to apply elastomeric paint. And that he would use this paint on all of the stucco surfaces and not just the two weather walls, a real bonus! He was very knowledgeable about the types of paints and stains that were needed for every type of application. Enrique is a master of his craft and it is apparent in the completed job. His crew was always polite, considerate, hardworking and punctual. I would highly recommend Enrique and Prado Pro Painting to anyone who wants their paint project perfectly executed. read more

I have used Prado Pro Painting in the past to paint my house and, since I needed my back deck & redwood fencing cleaned & stained, I called them again. Enrique, the owner, showed up at my house in less than 24 hours to give me a quote. Once we agreed on the work needed, he came the following week to get the job done. Not only did he power wash the deck & fencing, he also took the time to sand down my deck so that it would absorb the stain better. Both my 15 year old deck & my fencing looks brand new! Thanks Enrique, I love it, your attention to detail shows! read more

Enrique Martinez painted my home in North Oakland in 2004 and again just now in 2019. Each time he and his crew did a fabulous job identifying areas that needed to be repaired and prepped before doing the actual painting, and then doing the paint job. Enrique and his crew were top notch. We were referred by our lovely neighbors to Enrique. He gave us options for painting our kitchen cabinets and staining our deck. He communicated expectations clearly and got the job done beautifully, and quickly. He even helped us address problems with the dry wall during our kitchen Reno because he really cares. He has years of experience working with elite kitchen designers and knows how to deliver high quality work. His recommendations for color and the kind of paint and stain were really on point. Thank you thank you thank you, Enrique ! read more

Enrique was responsive when I first messaged him and made an appointment to come to our home, look at what we wanted painted and give us an estimate. We agreed we wanted them to do the job. He answered all my inquiries and set a date to start-then I had a conflict and he said no problem we will start the next day instead. They were here promptly at 8 am, Enrique made sure the two guys -Raul and Eddie--knew what we wanted painted and away they went. They prepped very carefully; they were painting parts of several rooms and they actually finished in one day. We were just amazed. They worked hard, were polite and nice to talk with, they asked questions a couple of times to make sure they were doing what we wanted in the rooms. They cleaned up and helped us put back mirrors and pictures and left everything in good order. Enrique came back at the end to check that all went well. Then the bill came in under the estimate! I cannot say enough good things about this company and we love the results-our place looks great! read more

Enrique and his team were amazing. They did great and thorough prep work, taking care of dry rot and other issues as they went, including replacing a window sill that was beyond repair. Their painting is detailed and beautifully done. They took care of all our requests with a super positive attitude. They were extremely respectful, cleaning up thoroughly every afternoon before they left for the day. They also did a great job sanding, fixing, and staining our deck. Enrique was always available by text for our questions and is deeply knowledgable about painting. We recommend them without hesitation! We've had not-great experiences with painters in the past, and are so glad to have found Prado. read more

We had them paint the exterior of our house. It was a big project, all four sides of a three-story house, and they did a great job. Enrique and his crew just painted the exterior of our house. I am very particular about getting a very high quality job at a good value. I couldn't be happier. They did a terrific job at a competitive price. I really appreciated Enrique's customer service. We were never rushed. His stated goal was to do an excellent job, done to our satisfaction. He succeeded on both. He's such a nice and respectful person, and so were his crew members. He also recommended a color consultant he works with named Michael who was a terrific person who helped us pick a completely new look for our home that we love. Enrique Martinez of Prado Painting is phenomenal. He has excellent advice to give (if you ask) about paint types, color, stains, and so much more. He and his crew not only do the highest quality work I have ever experienced at my house or seen anywhere, but they are responsible, committed, priced fairly, and get the work done according to your agreement in a professional, efficient way. Extremely happy with Enrique and his company. It has been so overwhelming trying to plan and coordinate the painting of our family home but everything went so smooth. The house is beautiful and exceeds my expectations. We talked about colors and between the two of us we came up with colors that look amazing and just what we were hoping for. They are hard working, came every day and completed the job in about 5 days which is good since we have dogs and we had to coordinate getting them out for potty breaks during this time. The home is a two story tri-level home. There was a lot of prep work as well. I would highly recommend Prado Pro Painting. I will be hiring them to do some painting in the main rooms in the home as well. read more

Enrique was the utmost professional and I'd happily hire him again or recommend him to anyone I know. He was on top of all communication, always showed up exactly as scheduled, if not earlier, and finished the job even quicker than originally expected. Enrique came through for this interior condo re-paint just before the holidays which enabled me to move without any delay. He put in 10+ hour days to ensure each coat would have enough time to dry, and he was a pleasure to get to know. Small details that matter- like removing outlet covers, or keeping the fuse box open so as not to paint it closed- were taken care of without any prompting. I couldn't have been more pleased and am grateful to Enrique for ensuring the job was done to his high standards, yet still completed so quickly! read more

Enrique Martinez is a dream to work with. He's done two projects for me: one with his crew and another with him alone.
