If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm only giving one star because I need to write this review. I am not understanding where these good reviews are coming from, perhaps friends and family? Because this company is ridiculous. This is the word I will choose today. We purchased a home that needed painting and stripping of wallpaper throughout the house. We spoke with the contractor Enrique. He told us he could have the job done within a weeks time. We contracted him, explain to him what we needed done and what our expectations were in our home. Enrique's crew showed up and went right to work on the first day. It seemed to be going well the first day. They seemed to have gotten some work done. We were actually kinda impressed at how fast they stripped the wallpaper. My husband and I had to work the next couple of days. When I showed up around 3:00 at the house the following day, they were already packing up for the day and had only finished one room! WTH? Same thing the next day, they had only finished the hallway another room! I noticed at this point they had not even removed the brackets from the windows, the towel racks, or even the cover for the thermostats. They were taped and they were only painting around them! I kindly told them that they needed to remove these items and paint them correctly. This irritated me because as contractors, they should know to remove these simple things. Ugh! The next couple of days I was off from work. Again, they had a couple of people painting and it seemed to be going well until I stepped into the bathroom to check out the paint. They removed the border in the bathroom except by the window and and painted right over the wallpaper! Did they think I wouldn't notice??? Horrible job! We made them repaint the frames around the windows. Again, we realized that they had thrown all the light fixture covers in one large bowl. Some were broken, how? We do not know how. Anyway, when they replaced the ones they could locate, they didn't match the walls. Some of my light switches had gaps between the wall and the cover. (See PICs) this company did an awful job of painting. Maybe they should stick to one room at a time. I would never recommend this company to my friends and family. Sad read more

They sanded with hipa filter vaccums, patched, removed rotted boards, applied 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Sherwin Williams endurance paint, 2 part epoxy and went back to fill gaps after that again where needed, on our 2 story split level house. All of it was carefully, meticulously hand painted with seasoned craftspersonship, zero spray paint, gear cleaned up nightly, continuously for 1.5 weeks. Enrique is a very clear, calm communicator and educator, sends timely formal bids and invoices, and is insured. We've never been motivated to post a review on Yelp, until now, because of his very fair price and above and beyond work quality. We hope to always use his services to protect our largest asset. We got the bid last winter and he was able to squeeze us in, early May. You will be fortunate to book his team, Prado Pro Painting, definitely plan ahead 2-3 months. He answered all my inquiries and set a date to start-then I had a conflict and he said no problem we will start the next day instead.
