    The completed job.

We hired Level Five painting to paint our hall in Atchison Village in Richmond. It was a big job that required a lot of prep work. There were a multitude of cracks and holes. See attached photos. They did a wonderful job and were very meticulous. The transformation is astounding. Juan was helpful in the color selection. When the first coat of white looked too yellow, they adjusted the paint and the second coat was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

Level Five Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our house. Juan was thoughtful and knowledgeable when assessing the job and providing an estimate. He was very accommodating with my requests for repairs to broken concrete on our stairs and removing old and damaged woodwork. The crew did a very thorough job cleaning and prepping the house before the painting began. They arrived promptly everyday and cleaned up every afternoon. We asked them to paint a downspout that we were replacing so it would match the house and said we would install it ourselves, but the crew went ahead and installed it for us. They didn't have to, but they took the extra step to help us out. Very thoughtful and professional.

Level Five Painting is amazing. Juan, the proprietor, has incredible knowledge and was able to identify all of the ingredients to making our 28 year old home look brand new. The amazing Level Five Painting team were all professional and very focused on satisfying the customer. They had all of the equipment and training that might be offered by some of the larger more established (and way more expensive) companies. The whole job was done with an incredible attention to detail. Level Five Painting is absolutely brilliant. I could not be happier.

Level Five from start to finish, were amazing. Friendly, caring , honest and meticulous. Their proposal was very fairly priced too. We are not the easiest clients, and probably drove them crazy with questions and worrying. Juan and Guadalupe are truly the best, professional and both with great integrity and honesty. The painters were prompt every day, their work was perfect , even the clean up.. spotless. My partner, the worrier, said, after the first day. "What else can we paint? We have to use these guy again!!" ( I guess I will be saving up for the kitchen cabinets, that's the only thing left). I give them the highest recommendation, 5 stars is not nearly enough!

Level Five did a masterful job on the exterior and interior of our 3-story house. Would recommend and would use again.

I asked about the price of a discontinued item and he just stood up and walked away and disregarded us as if we were a problem mind you.., there was not a single customer other than us in the store. I spoke with the lady and asked if she had king sized beds on-hand and if not how long would it take to be delivered. She made a phone call and told me that she could have the bed delivered to me within the next week. I then went to the other furniture company and retrieved my money to purchase the bed here. After returning and getting the receipt wrote out I realized that the lady was charging me more than the other company after we spoke about the details prior to me leaving. She told me that the pricing didn't include delivery (nor mattress removal - extra $100) when the other place included delivery and removal of my old mattress. I paid the extra to have it delivered but knew then I wouldn't be returning here again. A month in my box spring is broken causing my bed to be warped. The wood inside of the box spring was probably soft or something because I only weigh 155 lbs. I will not be returning here for another box spring nor any other piece of furniture in the future. It may not be of good quality and I do not like to purchase things twice when I shouldn't have to.

I stopped by today to ask about it and was prepared to simply buy a new ring-- it was fairly inexpensive. The store was empty, and there were two people working there who did not greet me when I walked in, as they were busy complaining loudly about someone. I stepped up to the counter, and despite the workers standing behind the counter, and one person looking at me directly, they still didn't greet me. At one point, one looked like she was coming toward me, looked me in the eye and then grabbed her beverage and turned away. Finally I asked directly for help. I showed her the ring and asked to look at the identical one behind the counter. She got very nervous and told me they hadn't seen a stone turn brown before. She immediately told me that she would not contact the company for me, that I needed to do it myself. I hadn't even asked her to. She kept saying things like "well if it had been two weeks we maybe could help you." to which I responded, "do you expect a ring to turn brown after 2 weeks?" She then said she couldn't contact the company because they would "ask her questions" she didn't know the answer to. I have no answers either why a stone would turn brown with occasional wear, no chemicals, etc. I would think they would want to talk to the company about this if they are selling jewelry that turns brown. Anyway, I was just really turned off by the fact that they had an empty store, but yet basically told me I had to contact the wholesale distributor myself. It really seemed like these two are doing everything they can to do the least work possible! I typically think a nice thing about shopping at a local boutique would be the customer service.. not here. I did not buy a new ring, and will not shop here again.
