Even when she missed two hairs (exactly two; I'm not exaggerating) by my face, she redid the roller! She was super considerate of me when I told her that my neck tends to be pretty strained when I'm in the sink. She changed little things that went a long way, like applying the neutralizer with me sitting up instead of in the sink like she normally would, so I didn't have to be there longer than necessary. She was also quite patient! When the perm was setting, she started to grab a quick bite of lunch in the back and was not upset in the slightest when I came over to say that one of the rollers had popped apart; she just came on out and fixed it happily! I would have been disappointed like "man I just sat down!" I got a bit of a cut after the perm also, and she did great with that. She sent me away with a written note for my next stylist about what she did today, because I'd struggled in the beginning to communicate which rollers I'd had in the past/how curly I'd gone before, things like that. So she not only did a great job on this today but also made it easier for me for future visits to stylists. In many ways she just went the extra mile. Additionally, it felt like a community experience because the hairdresser beside her chatted with me as well as her client. It was a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for sure! The search results came up with iBeauty Eyebrows. I tried to call to make an appointment, but no answer. However, a text message immediately followed. Our communication and appointment was done entirely via text and very efficiently too, I must say. She was able to fit me in the next day early in the morning which worked out perfectly for me. She texted early in the morning to confirm my appointment (around 7 am and my appointment was at 8:35 am). Just a note on location, she is located inside Sola Salons which I later discovered is a well know chain of stores that houses a variety of skincare, spa, nail, hair and other self care professionals all under one roof. She is located in suite 23. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and she arrived promptly. I guess I was her first client. There's a little bench outside the suite. Randip is super personable and asked me questions about what I wanted before she began her work. She took pics of my face and studied it for a few minutes before making her recommendations. She also said she would do some threading and leave some room for adjustments if needed. Loved the way she did my eyebrows! She did exactly what she said, she did some and then asked me to assess. Then, I requested a bit more and then she made adjustments. I think this may have been the first time in a very long time, that I did not have to ask to have the remaining little eyebrow hairs to be plucked under the arches. A lot of pros in the past have not threaded close enough and have chopped the hairs a little too short and they've had to pluck what they couldn't thread. Not sure if prices have gone up in the industry, due to the pandemic and other factors, but it was $20 for the service. I have been used to paying anywhere from $13-15, but that was also over a year ago and prices for just about everything has changed. Worth every penny! She operates by appointment only, so just text the number. Stay safe, Friends!
