He went and got my color that i picked. I didn't know there was a difference between builder gel and gel polish so I didn't say I had builder gel on. Well the guy couldn't do my nails for that reason and he sent me over to the woman that greeted me. I said "im sorry I guess i should have said it was builder gel not regular gel." And she responds with "Yeah!" In a sassy tone. Totally unnecessary. I definitely sensed her hostility towards me. And magically the color I picked had magically "run out" despite the fact that I literally saw the dude who started on my nails bring the color I wanted over. She was really rough while doing my manicure and made my cuticles bleed on 3 of my fingers. I wish I had just got up and left. My nails look ok. Except for the fact that she filed the skin around my nails raw. I also asked for round and she made them mostly all pointy and charged me an extra $5 just to shape them differently than how I came in. Ridiculous. Probably wont be back. I booked a mani & pedi for me and my daughter and noted it was my daughter's birthday. When we arrived there was a balloon, birthday sash & crown waiting for her and her face lit up immediately. Such a big unexpected thoughtful gesture! We both got gel and French and they worked carefully and professionally on our nails and toes. We loved how they turned out. My daughter was giddy. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. Odors are kept to a minimum with a type of air filter. Whenever I'm here I will absolutely be coming back. I wish for them all the success and good fortune!
