This place was horrible. They messed up my lady's nails, and when we went back to fix it they put a whole different nail on then the rest of her nails. The others had a clear base and the one they "fixed" had pink based. My lady came out crying and didn't want to go back in. When I dragged her back in they wanted to charge me 25$ to take the one single nail they just re messed up and to put the right one back on. After I snapped on them they "fixed" it for a third and final time. And it still isn't as good as it should be and that's after three attempts at it and my lady crying from there lack of ability. It almost felt like it was a cruel joke on purpose the way they put that one pink nail on. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

I was looking for a place that could accommodate a large group of us at the same time. I went ahead and set up an appointment. It was a little chaotic when we got there because I kept having to say we all wanted manicures and pedicures, even after that's how I had already booked it. I must've said it at least 8 times before they even got started. All the adults were about done when they asked about manicures for the girls, which I had to repeat myself again that they did want a manicure. They didn't have enough people to start us all together. We ended up being there for way longer than I anticipated. One person's nails chipped that evening, the girls fingernails chipped the next day. Mine held for about 24hrs. The nail techs were all really nice and the cool vibe would make me want to go back, just not with a large group. read more

They work a lot but they all work very hard! The music is always good and you can have a glass of wine while they do your nails. They joke around and have fun, which makes the atmosphere very nice. I've had two bad experiences now from here, I had acrylics done by chow and it took about 2 and half hours for her to finish them. Not even a week after my nails started to chip and break off so I decided to cut them all to the same length(short) and they were very thick so I decided to go back today and get them "drilled" off because I couldn't do it anymore. They started off with one woman...yes there were multiple lady's working on my nails jus to remove the acrylic. Anyways the woman was peeling them off before she even drilled them and it was very painful, which isn't suppose to happen and feel like that. When she started to drill them it got a little better and she put them in acetone and she let them soak for about 10 mins and went to go do another customers nails, my fingers started to burn and felt really dry. I started to complain and wanted someone to get the acrylics off and another woman came and helped me and started to drill them off and she claimed that she was done and there was still acrylic on my nails and she said that she didn't want damage my nails even though they were already damage because of them and that was the most she could do. I've never had this happen to me before and a waste of time! read more

Workers were incredibly rude. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill with gel. I wanted the "Hailey Bieber" chocolate glazed donut nail look so I asked for a light brown with white chrome over it. At first she had no idea what chrome powder was, she had to ask another coworker. Then they tried to talk me out of it and get something else and insisted I try the color they chose on one of my nails. It was a rainbow gunmetal chrome that looked horrible over brown, so I said no thanks, I'd rather have what I asked for. They all gathered around and were laughing and talking about me as she did what I had asked for. She made several mistakes where she missed the sides of my nail with the polish and I asked for another coat and she didn't listen to me. When I asked her to fix it again, she just slapped my hand and continued putting the chrome over the nails where she had missed some spots. Even at the end I asked her again to fix one of my nails and she said "it's too difficult." I will not be back. One of the worst salon experiences I've ever had. read more

I was ignored when I walked in. No one asked what I needed for a few minutes. I am taking a break from my dip powder nails and just came in to get them soaked off. I was quoted $20. $20 for me to sit for 20 minutes with foil and acetone on my nails. NO THANKS. After I left, I called every nail salon in the area, their prices were $7-10. We did wear our masks, but I was expecting a little more than tat. They do have the plexiglass up, but we were not asked to sanitize or wash our hands upon entering, and the nail techs did. I gave this place a Chance last week since it was close to my job. Made an appointment and they didn't make me wait at all. The inside was super cute. The woman doing my nails was very thorough and did well my only issue is it didn't last longer than a week. This place is beautiful but my experience was far from it. Yes, I got a pedicure and was able to book 4 same day appointments hours before and they were very flexible. (Of course that's a plus) Once we got in the shop, it was hot (100 degrees outside) and no one every mentioned that over the phone or anything. They have 2 fans . One that sit at one massage chair and another one is a tower. They serve beverages but everything was hot/room temperature as well. I'm not sure of the lady's name that did my toes but she was very rough and seemed to be rushing. All of my toe nails are going in a different direction and she kept throwing my feet. My daughter got her toes done and the woman doing hers didn't want to remove all of her previous nail polish color but wants to charge us. My $37 gel manicure completely peeled off after just 1.5 weeks, and didn't even come with a massage.

If I could I wouldn't give any bars. I've gone here several times and each time I give them the benefit of the doubt and leave disappointed. I didn't want perfection or expect it to be exactly the same but Atleast try and be honest if you do not know how. I asked her for the Instagram post she said okay then tried telling me she couldn't do the curved white tip because it was airbrushed and they do not do airbrush. I kept correcting her on how she was painting it and doing it. I wasn't being rude but you can tell she got frustrated. Which I get I'd be upset if I kept messing up something a client asked for. She left black nail polish under my cuticles from using the same brush to remove other nail polish and said it would come off after I washed my hands. We'll it didn't. At the end she asked if she could take my phone to show her boss and see how much it was. The issue is she charged me for the picture on the post not for what's on my hands. Super disappointed. Just eh, like soooo many nail salons this one didn't impress. Took soooo long to get a pedicure almost 2 hrs with an appointment and waited about 10min. The results of the pedicure weren't anything special either. Overpriced for what you get. This nail salon is great, it's clean it's convenient all of the staff is wonderful. But I go here for my nail tech Vicky. She has been doing my nails for I want to say over six years granted she did service me at another salon but I followed her here she was still local and she is great! She is open to trying new things as she loves creativity I am one to allow someone to just have full artistic view on my nails and or my hair in general I trust the experts. Vicky is amazing I hate going to anyone else and I only have ever gone to anyone else because it was an emergency and she was unavailable which has been less than a handful of times ! I went with my mom just after getting wisdom teeth surgery the day before. The woman who did my nails left them a bit messy. My mom asked for a regular pedicure which is about 20-30$ but instead they gave her the unique or special pedicure which cost her 45$. The place is nice but it is understaffed. They had so many people come in that got turned away. Their profile says walk-ins welcome but they kept telling people it was by appointment only. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place or come again. read more
