I recently had a mishap in my 1950 Dodge and needed body work done on the rear quarter panel. The car's paint is old (maybe original) and I was very concerned about trying to get a paint match on the repaired quarter panel. Quinn at Unique Dent Removal came highly recommended by a friend that is a classic car collector. I took the car down to Quinn and he got under the car and popped quite a bit of the dent out on the spot, at no charge. He then gave me his recommendation, which was body work and new paint and offered to put together an estimate that I could submit to insurance. He could tell I was apprehensive about paint matching and indicated he could probably get it close to back to normal using paintless dent removal techniques. I had him move forward with PDR as a first step. When he called me to come back and check it out I was blown away - to me it looks nearly perfect! I had found a replacement piece of chrome trim on Ebay and took it down to Quinn and he was happy to modify the fastener placement and install that for me as well as it was a much more affordable solution that having the original chrome piece repaired. I'm very pleased with Quinn's work and communication throughout the process and would highly recommend him for any dent repair needs! read more

Someone recently decided to open their door and dent my almost perfect condition Ram 2500. I looked online for dent removal places that had great reviews and service. I decided to give Unique Dent Removal a try based on all the good reviews. I live in the far west valley but I decided to drive an hour to get a quote. Upon arrival Quin promptly greeted me and took a look at my truck. The price I was quoted seemed fair but knowing he was going to do great work I didn't mind what the cost was. Quin was able to get my truck fixed up and was very accommodating given the fact I live far and work in Tonopah. I had a pleasurable experience at this shop, and while I'd rather not have to visit Quin again, I'm stoked to know if another dent happens, this guy will have me taken care of. Thanks again Unique Dent Removal read more

I am so impressed with Quin's work I have to write about it. My grandson dented my new Dodge Ram truck 4x4. I wanted to get it fixed asap. I had an appt last wed 2/8/17 @ 1pm. I called in the morning to see if I could get in early, at first he said no. He called me back an said come in at 9:30am , time is very important to me. Also only had to wait about 30 mins an he fixed it. You can't even tell where the dent was. Also very reasonable. I had called another place who said they would have to drill a whole in my truck to fix it. Quin fixed it without drilling. Also Quin gas the best coffe an very healthy snacks. I was starving when I was there. Beef sticks are awesome quin an love your coffee. RIFKA read more

A week after deciding to buy our 2012 Kia Soul when our lease expired, it was pelted by hail causing over 150 dents. I called Unique Dent Removal and Quin came out to see the car the same day. My insurance company wanted to schedule me to see an adjuster at their location on the other side of Phoenix and not for 3 weeks. I called Quin and he made a few calls and the insurance adjuster came to us in one day. Quin and his team were able to get my car done three days earlier than expected and during Labor Day weekend. There is no question that he and his company live up to the excellent reviews you are reading. Thanks Quin - My car looks awesome! read more

Quin is AMAZING. I ran into my water heater in the garage and part of the valve got under my front end. If I backed up, the hole front end would have come off. I have used Quin in the past so I called him and he came right over to help. My front end sub-stained some damage but Quin was able to secure it until I could come by his shop. A few days later I did and he replaced a few clips, put in a screw here and there, then buffed it out and touched it up. I'm telling you, it looks like this never happened. His motto is if your going to do it, might as well be right. Great work Quin. Will never go anywhere else with my cars. read more

Quin is a true mensch. Perhaps one day you will have the honor to be called this. He is very honest and upfront about the costs of the repairs. He takes the time to explain to you everything you wish to know about the repairs. Not to mention he and the other employees who do the repairs do a damn fine job. My car came back to me looking better then it did when I first purchased it a few months ago brand new from the dealer. He even took the time to do two other very minor fixes to my car for free. If you have any dents or your vehicle needs any body work done, this is the man to go to. Thanks again Quin! read more

We had called on a Monday about having them come and look at our cars. Quinn was able to come the next day to our home. He looked at the damage, ran through what he could do, and the approx. cost, and left the decision up to us (nice to not feel pushed into anything, very professional) One of our cars we weren't sure if this form of repair would be able to fix it, but we were extremely happy with the results. Both cars look great. The service was quick, and very very cost effective. Heaven forbid we dent the car(s) again, I would call Unique Dent Removal in a Heartbeat. Great Service! read more

I was provided Unique's name to get a quote on a minor dent on my sons Toyota Tacoma. I stopped by after 5pm and the owner (Quin) was still in the shop working, he insisted that I pull the truck in so he could look at it. I was blown away that within 20 minutes Quin resolved the dent issue and took some additional time to educate me on exterior maintenance for the truck. I will 100% be taking my new 2020 Trail Boss in to have Unique service my ceramic coating and help correct any minor chips from typical highway use. Unique and Quin are absolute pros! read more

I had several super bad dents in my large built in stainless fridge door. I took the door to Unique after a quick phone call. I was impressed with their honesty. They made sure I knew that stainless is very difficult to work with and the only gaurantee they have is if you're not satisfied you don't pay. I liked that :-) I didn't event have to go back to get the pannel, the tech dropped it at my door for no charge!! Although not perfect, I was very happy with the result and their service. Would definitely recommend them. 5 star all the way!!!! read more

Based on the reviews here, and other online rating sites, I contacted Quinn at Unique to repair a couple of small, but annoying dings. He came out the same day to estimate the cost - quoted a very reasonable price - and returned the next day to do the repairs. Both repairs are as close to perfect as you can get - no one could find where they were. Prompt service, professional and personable, very reasonable rates, and flawless repair. The kind of customer service that is virtually never seen today. You can't get any better than that! read more

I could not thank Quinn enough! My new car was racking up the door dents and I finally had enough. I called Unique Dent Removal and within a few days he was on his way out to North Scottsdale and did the repairs in the parking lot of my workplace. He was very informative, quick and the results were fantastic! I could not have been more pleased with the service and the price. I will definitely recommend Unique Dent Removal and Quinn to everyone I know and would without a doubt call Quinn in the future when more dents come. read more

I've used this shop twice and both times Quinn has gone above and beyond. He made sure that not only did my vehicle get repaired fast and it looks amazing! He also made sure the whole process was easy and I understood everything. But the reason I will always go back is he went out of his way to make sure the car that my daughter was driving was safe until it was repaired, it was like she was his own kid behind the wheel. These guys really do care about your safety. Nikki read more

I just had a dent in my car repaired by Quin with Unique Dent Removal. I had a GREAT experience!!!! Quin took the time to list the different repair options I had and pointed out where I could save money. He really showed me that he puts the customer and the quality of his work over just making money. I read some of these other reviews and I agree, Quin is a great guy!!! I HIGHLY recommend him and I hope his business continues to thrive because of the person he is. read more

I had my new car just 2 days when I got a large door ding in the rear door. A local body shop referred me to Unique Dent Removal and the results were amazing. This was one of the best experiences that I ever had with a company in the auto industry. After I sent him a some pictures he gave me a estimate that I thought were fair. When I got there and he saw it in person he gave me a final price that was on the very low end of the estimate. He gave me a car to use while my car was being worked on and the work was phenomenal. Its like it never happen. I would 100 percent recommend anybody to this company. read more

I had a small fender/bumper dent and scrape, and checked for body shops listed with the BBB. After an outrageous quote from another shop across town, which would involve removing the whole bumper, I decided to try Unique Dent Removal in N. Phx, next. Quin Adams did a quick minor fix, in just a few minutes, and the price was right! He was knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend to this shop, and will use them again, if needed. read more

I was very impressed with Unique Dent Removal. When I e-mailed for a quote, the response was fast and the communication was excellent. I had a dent on a fender that I wanted repaired, a time was scheduled, and that repair was made today. The repair was flawless and the cost was exactly the same as what was quoted. If anyone is looking for good service and quality work, I certainly won't hesitate to recommend Unique Dent Removal. read more
