I've been going here for almost a year and a half now and I've been very happy with the results. I started with underarms and full face, and have now added full lower body as well after seeing results with 8 treatments on the first two areas. I saw significantly reduced hair growth and coarseness, especially for the underarms. I have needed to book a few follow-up appointments as there has been some light regrowth, but I've been told these sessions can be used more sparingly and on an as-need basis. I am very confident that I'll be happy with the final results. I've noticed my legs are responding very well to treatment too, with significantly reduced regrowth after only 3 treatments. Until I experienced it, I never realized how nice it is to not have to worry about shaving every day or every week! The appointments themselves are run very efficiently. Most last 10-40 minutes, depending on what areas you are getting treatment on. I've worked with a lot of different technicians and they've all been so sweet and friendly! I don't personally find the process to be very painful but everyone has always taken great effort to check in throughout and see if I'm comfortable, which I appreciate. (As a tip, if you are are feeling any pain or stinging, you can ask them to turn up the air that's blown simultaneously with the laser, to reduce that sensation). The business is run very professionally and everyone at the desk is very friendly and helpful. There have been a few instances where I have had to rebook appointments on somewhat short notice, and they've been very understanding and helpful in finding the nearest next available time. (Heads up that they are very busy, especially on Saturdays, which often get booked out weeks in advance, so it helps to have a little scheduling flexibility.) They also frequently have really good deals on treatment packages, which is why I haven't been able to stop myself from adding more... :) To sum up, I've had a great experience here and with the laser hair treatment process as a whole. Words cannot describe how fantastic the service here is. Absolutely welcoming people who put passion into the work that they do. I went in to get laser hair treatment done on my chin area and this was my absolute first time doing so. The first thing that they do is consult the client. I was expecting that the consultant would just take a quick glance and then demand money from me, however, it was the complete opposite! Natalie - who consulted me - was absolutely amazing and helped me understand how the whole process would go down, and answered all my questions and comforted me because I was EXTREMELY nervous. When it came down to the actual appointment, it's literally only five mins for the laser treatment itself (chin area is very small so thats why its short. Timing is different for everyone). The people who do the treatment to those areas are a blast to have short convos with and very welcoming. They make the entire process of the laser hair removal treatment so seamless. I have been doing the treatment after every four weeks and I see a significant difference. The hair on my chin is far thinner and grows much much slower than before I sought out laser hair removal. Finally and this is a BIG reason for why I wanted to drop five stars and give this company some love is the FLEXIBILITY. I am a college student and serving in the US Army which makes me extremely busy and prone to unexpected work. This place has a policy against last minute cancellations and that they charge $25 for it. Just yesterday, I was held back due to extra work within my Army unit that interfered with my appointment time. I thought I would get charged for the last minute cancelation HOWEVER, they were graciously understanding and did not charge me for something out of my control. I was extremely humbled by their gesture and respect for service members within the military. The second I walked into UniQ Laser I knew this place was for me. Between the cleanliness and the friendly staff you won't regret walking in. I booked my consult not knowing a thing about laser hair removal. When I met with Natalie she was very welcoming and explained the process and all the packages she has and what prices were like. She was able to book me for the following week which was quicker that I had even expected. I was super nervous walking in my first appointment. I have severe anxiety about doing things I've never done before. I'm writing this review in order to let people know how wonderful this place is. After 4 weeks of my first ever laser hair appointment I'm thrilled to share my results. First of all when I went to have my consultation I was blown away by how amazing Natalie was. Super informative, friendly, attentive. After that on my first appointment I had the pleasure to be attended by Victoria, super sweet and talented. She made me feel at home and comfortable. She made sure I was feeling okay throughout the process. I'm now writing this after 4 weeks of my first appointment and I can tell you that I'm beyond happy that my hair growth has decreased 90%. (This's for my underarm area and upper lip) I only had to shave once since. after only one appointment.! I also had done my Brazilian area and after 4 weeks I can see the hair growth down to about 80%. Now Natalie has explained that some areas are a little bit more stubborn so I assume that's the case. I decided UniqLaser because I was tired of Waxing, it hurts way less and the results are way better. I could see the difference after the first visit. My hair started to grow thinner and I had to shave it less. What I like about laser, is that you can shave the hair between sessions, and waxing you need to wait until it grows back. I chose to do the full Brazilian and underarms. It is amazing to not have to worry about shaving when you are traveling, or wearing sleeveless shirts. I found great deals on Groupon, visited UniqLaser, liked the environment and the staff a lot. It is located in a nice Waltham area, and it is very easy to park. During the appointments the staff always ask how we are feeling, if it is hurting, if we want them to be slower. Which is great, they care about us. I didn't need to go there every week, only between 6 weeks and it is awesome not to worry about having an appointment very often, since I am very busy. I had a friend refer me to UniQ laser and decided to go with 8 treatments for lip, underarms, Brazilian, naval, and full legs. After about halfway though my sessions, I wish I had started this process so much sooner! The manager Natalie is so helpful and communicative. If you tell her how many sessions, areas, etc. you want done, she will work with you. I've always had a pleasant experience with all the staff who have done my laser and they have made me feel comfortable during treatment. Rooms are always clean. I ended up purchasing more sessions for various areas for touch ups. I was hesitant at first to have to purchase more sessions, but I'm so glad I decided to do something for myself as a long term investment. I have fair skin and black hair. I would say about 90% of my hair is gone after about the 12th session. In total, I will have had 16 sessions. Overall, I would highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Unique laser for the past year for Laser Hair Removal. The center is pretty incredible. I am always welcomed with a warm smile and greeting. There is never a wait to check in ( the one time it happened the woman explained very politely that she was wrapping up something and offered me some water while I waited. I am extremely happy with my results! The hair that used to grow a year ago feels almost like a bad dream. lol. I see Elizabeth whom I would definitely recommend. She has a very kind and caring energy and is very knowledgeable about the laser. I have never felt like I was on 'her agenda' She checks in with me every time so that she can gage what's needs to be done during that session. I started receiving laser hair removal treatments 6 weeks ago here and after the first session I had significant hair reduction and I'm very pleased with the results so far. I just had my second session and I'm so excited to continue to see the progress of hair reduction. Their prices are really great and if you find them on Groupon, buy directly from them instead and they will match the price. They also have a lot of really good packages available directly from them as well - ask to speak to the manager Natalie and she'll get you set up with the best package for your needs. I also wanted to mention that they are really mindful of tattoos - lasers are horrible for them but they will tape over any visible tattoos you have to ensure they are unaffected and stay perfect. I first found out about UniQ laser through a Groupon deal I had found. I always knew I wanted to get laser hair removal but was too scared to do so. Everyone here is very kind and always makes sure that you are comfortable during your service! Natalie the manager is great and will always try to work with you whenever you're looking for the best deal. When I began my treatment, I was extremely excited! I followed the pre and post instructions thoroughly, exfoliating, avoiding sun exposure and wearing sun screen. It wasn't until the end of my package when I noticed my hairs were growing in stripes!!! I looked like a zebra. I explained my concern to the technician Elizabeth but she told me I need to exfoliate better and gave me a razor brand to buy. Nothing, appointments now are rushed through and when I leave all I see are scattered red dots and still after two packages I'm still very patchy. These technicians DONT CARE all they care is to get through your appointment and take your money. I started going to UniQ Laser about two years ago for my lower legs and loved everything about the place, experience, and results right away. The staff are all friendly and professional, making the appointment go smooth and comfortable. I signed up for 8 laser treatments with UniQ Laser in Watertown for underarms and Brazilian back in December 2019. I was able to get 3 treatments in before Covid19. Up till then the results were fantastic! First off... their prices can't be beat if you sign up during a sale or Groupon. Second, the place is very clean, inviting and everyone I've encountered thus far has very been pleasant. Third, I saw great results within those first 3 treatments and if it wasn't for Covid-19 I'd be well on my way to having a hair-free summer with very minimal upkeep between visits. I had an absolutely great experience with Uniqlaser in Watertown! I've been two times now and have felt super welcome every time I walk through the doors. I did the Botox treatment the first time and was nervous but it was so smooth and quick. The second time I did the Brazilian laser treatment and felt super comfortable with Nicole! All the ladies are very respectful, knowledgeable and experienced. I go for a Brazilian laser hair removal and it's a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time. I've been coming to uniq laser Watertown for more than a year now and I can say that I'm happy with their service, they are flexible with scheduling as long as you give more that 24h notice, the front desk employees are courteous but most importantly the technicians are knowledgeable. They take the time before each session to ask me for updates on how my treatments are going and if I'm satisfied with the results and they adjust accordingly !
