When we moved to NYC 5 years ago we were looking for an ABC chiropractor like the one we used to have. So glad to have found Dr Lenny! He knows his stuff and is a delight to talk to. He's treated us for back, jaw, shoulder, knee.. you name it. Today's visit was an adjustment for me and a more serious issue for hubby. I'm confident Dr Lenny will help him and start him on the road to recovery. Don't hesitate to see him. read more

I've been going to Dr. Lenny for years and am always amazed at his work! He gets my bones aligned after getting knocked around the roller derby track, or when I sleep in the wrong posture and wake up hurting. His staff is great too; it's always a pleasure to visit. read more

Dr. Lenny is the best chiropractor I've ever had. He's so thorough, checking and re-checking each vertebra, assessing my misalignment issues and actually fixing them! At one point I couldn't open my mouth without pain and my neck grinded when I looked left... this was an easy fix for him. He's also treated me for allergies as well as a weird calcium deposit in my shoulder. You kind of never know what he can fix until you ask! He's also a really fun guy with charming cats, I'm always glad to go in for a visit. read more

This was my first experience seeing a chiropractor. After days of pain in my back- and a pinched nerve causing my lower right leg and foot to be completely numb- I sought Dr. Lenny's care. He was happy to fit me in that very same day. Even after the very first visit I feel relieved--- no, transformed. I woke up the next day and was able to walk (and even workout!) - feeling quite refreshed and healthy. Dr. Lenny is a true HEALER. He is both a skilled physician and a true funny man! He was light and humorous- alleviating any trepidation that I had.. Making each visit a lot of fun, if you can believe it. read more

Dr. Lenny set me up to heal and stay there. I have inserts in my shoes and something under me right now on my desk chair. In my first (won't be my last!) three visit Dr. Lenny has set my body right again after I suffered a very bad fall. He's warm and clear about what's going on, empowering me to know my body and what it needs to continue to stay strong. He also gave me advice for sleeping, standing and sitting. All of which I am VERY grateful for. Thanks Dr. Lenny! - Wally read more

Dr. Lenny is the BEST!!!!!!!!!! I have been to many chiropractors in my life, and Dr. Lenny is incredible. You see RESULTS from your first appointment. He actually takes a photo -before and after- on your first visit. His technique is the gentlest and yet most effective I have ever experienced. It seems odd, as he manipulates muscles and incorporates muscle testing, etc, but nonetheless, it works. Also, there are no rules like "you must complete 20 visits until we consider showing you the exercises to do to correct your condition" or any other money making schemes that I have encountered at least in my time... He is honest, and knows his stuff. He has a fantastic, caring bedside manner as well and will take as long as he needs with you. I travel alot for work and last weekend I was in AWFUL pain in my neck. Dr. Lenny got me right in, and i was so grateful. I figured he would be able to at least lessen the pain. However, the next day, it was totally cured! I couldnt believe it! i could turn my head without pain, nod, and the dull aching pain was gone!!!! nothing short of miraculous. truly. Thank you Dr. Lenny!!!! read more

That was 16 years ago, since then I have been going to Lenny regularly to deal with issues relating to being a recording engineer, and being seated for long periods of time...not only does Lenny free the pain and tension from my back, he has amazing suggestions about how to change my work flow for better health, and ultimately better work...Highest reccomendation, Lenny is a miracle worker! He also cured my girlfriend from a life time of allergies. read more

Dr. Lenny is the best Chiropractor I have ever used, and I've met my fair share. I've seen him for back issues, neck problems, and overall posture and his unique approach and expertise has helped me immensely. He's a very intelligent and hearty guy and it's not a typical experience where you enter a white waiting room with uncomfortable silence and an indifferent receptionist... Lenny's office is an open space that offers a very warm and comfortable vibe that is great for healing. read more

Dr. Lenny is a rock star! I would go to him every day if I could. I was hesitant to try chiropractic--but Lenny's ABC method is gentle and effective. I was walking taller after just one adjustment. His office is homey, bright, and comfortable, and his cat Bella is a dream. I'd recommend him to anyone with pain or posture problems. read more

It doesn't get any better than Dr. Lenny Rosenblum at Union Square Spinal Care. This is NOT your ordinary chiropractor or chiropractic visit! Through a holistic approach to the body and how it communicates about what's not in alignment -- whether it's your spleen, adrenal glands, your shoulder, knee, elbow, wrist or even your toes in addition to your back and neck, Dr. Lenny works methodically through the process of finding what's keeping you from the life you want to live physically. He is a great listener to the body's messages -- not just a back and neck-cracking chiropractor. In a city populated by charlatans, poseurs and medical flim flam artists of the highest order, Dr. Lenny is THE genuine real deal. He is a remarkable healer and, more important, a human being who cares about you, your recovery and your ongoing well-being. Plus, he just might have the coolest Doctor's offices in all the land. I arrived at his doorstep last July (2013) having crab walked up Broadway from my offices on Union Square, barely able to stand erect and grimacing in anguish at the prospect of forever more looking up to my eleven year old son and thirteen year old daughter from a hunched position - my back had given out and I was in excruciating, persistent agony. In what I would truly describe as miraculous, Dr. Lenny cared for me on a daily basis over the next seven days, slowly but with great confidence bringing me back. I have since that time been almost pain free - something I had not experienced in over ten years - and my weekly visits keep me in fantastic shape. I have never been to a chiropractor who has the skills, expertise, empathy, and uncanny ability to read the patient so accurately like Dr. Lenny. Truly gifted and talented. Thank you! read more

Dr. Lenny's adjustments are amazingly specific. He doesn't just adjust your spine--and pray that it works. He figures out which side of which vertabrae needs help, and he then adjusts it in a way that's gentle and sufficient (i.e. not overboard). I've been seeing him for months, and he's eased neck issues, hip issues, even psoas issues (it's the muscle that wraps around the pelvis and hugs your thighs) in a single visit. Amazing. read more

In a city filled with crowded waiting rooms and harried doctors, Dr. Lenny's gentle touch and sense of humor is a breath of fresh air. A true healer, great listener and master chiropractor, Lenny fixed my aching back with remarkable speed. Forget those tiny generic doctor's offices; Dr. Lenny's huge old school loft welcomes you with open arms. During your session, he may share one of his vintage jazz records with you, chat about Buddhism, or pour you a glass of delicious homemade herbal tea. Dr. Lenny is a true original; a chiropractor that will heal your body and refresh your spirit! read more

I came to Dr. Lenny with intense sciatic pain, which started at my lumbar vertebrae, clinched my piriformis in my right buttock, ran down the outside of my IT band and my right calf, circled my lateral ankle bone and caused three toes to be numb. I am a dancer, plus I teach dance and choreograph, and this pain was causing me to limp down the streets of NY. II was unable to take class. Often I couldn't find a comfortable position in which I could sleep at night! I had tried acupuncture and physical therapy, but after 2 weeks of treatment with Dr. Lenny, I could feel progress. In addition to his adjustments, I began to drink Chinese herbs, on his recommendation. After 2 months, I am able to walk normally. I am pain-free for most of the day. I am beginning to be able to dance with freedom again! I am so grateful and cannot recommend his care highly enough. read more
