The receptionist there is very friendly as well. I went there for a spine readjustment as I have multiple issues with my spine. Dr. Rosato was not only warm and friendly, but patient and explained his process clearly andwalked me through each step. There is this heating mat with these tourmaline and jade stones placed on my back first to give this pulse of heat to warm the muscles. We then went with a massager after with some muscle warming salve to keep muscles from being sore afterwards. Finally, he slowly proceeded to make the spinal adjustments which used to scare me with other chiropractors in the past due to my crooked spine but Dr. Rosato was so patient with my anxiety and walked me through each step while putting me at ease the entire time. He has such knowledge of health and nutrition besides just medicine. It was such a pleasure to find someone who is more of a naturopathic doctor. I would definitely keep coming back to Dr. Rosato at the ChiroclinicHK!

Update: I called…read moreZocDoc today and they have confirmed my confirmation for my appointment on 6/6 at 2:15 pm was updated on 6/4 with no last min. changes made to the appointment. I am attaching the confirmation photo below from ZocDoc stating that we updated my request on 6/4 for the appointment 6/6 at 2:15 PM and that they can see it was confirmed like I can see it was confirmed on both our ends. As you mentioned, I did use ZocDoc, a 3rd party provider and I have never had any other issues in all the years I have used them. Perhaps, If you have any issues with your ZocDoc and the appointments clients are making through ZocDoc you might consider not utilizing this service any further so as to not cause any problems in the future with your clients. Clients use this service and trust this services to make life easier on everyone becuaes all the inforomation for such appointments are already downloaded and stored in one place for convenience. If this service is not working for your office please don't use it so clients don't waist time going to confirmed appointments that your office does not know about. Also, the 1 star review is give is not because of any mix up between this office and ZocDoc or me changing my appointments. The low star review is because of how I was spoken to and how I was treated directly by Dr. G when I was at the office on 6/6. I was trying to figure out what the diconnect was because I received confirmations for my appointmnet. This simple matter could have been dealt with in a professional and understanding manner and I would have come back and made another appointment only if things had been handled differently. Instead, I was greated with "Who are you" and told "well I sould not be changing my appointments around". Please consider that clients and prospective clients are coming to get releif for physical pain and if they are treated poorly or uncomfortably they will not want to come back or refer anyone else to come see you.

I had surgery in September to place plates and screws in my foot to fuse the ligament. I started going to Starr Sports about 1-month post-op, unable to bear any weight on my foot and with severe muscle atrophy in my left calf. I worked with Dr. Marvin Catibog, who was truly a savior - he's extremely knowledgeable, caring, and very patient. I felt significant progress almost immediately. Within a month I was walking again, and the swelling in my foot almost completely subsided. I had a second surgery in January to remove the hardware place in my foot. The recovery the second time around was a lot easier and quicker, which I credit to all the PT I had done leading up to it. I was walking again within 10 days. As someone who has always been active, it was a frustrating process not being able to do my normal day to day activities, but Dr. Catibog's motivation, well planned out exercises, and constant reinforcement kept me going and significantly helped in my recovery. Even when the office closed down due to COVID-19, Dr. Catibog continued to check in with me and did weekly FaceTime assessments to ensure I was keeping up with my exercises and not following behind with my progress. I'm now 6 months post my second surgery, and I'm working out daily and running 2-3 times a week without any issues.

EXCELLENCE is the word that comes to mind when I think of Midtown East Physical Therapy (ME-PT)…read more * Convenient Midtown location. * Wide range of appointment times, from early mornings to evenings. * No long waits. * No overcrowding. * Prompt, professional, and ready to go the moment you walk in. * A team of highly skilled treatment specialists who, even after over a decade in business (and decades more of combined experience), still haven't lost their touch -- or their genuine care for every patient. Over the years -- from my younger athletic days to the effects of time catching up -- I've seen a long list of PTs. And honestly, too many of those experiences made physical therapy feel like a chore, or worse, like I was just another name on a clipboard. That changed when I found ME-PT. From the start, they gave me one clear trajectory: to be stronger, healthier, and more at ease in my body. Whatever their formula is, it works. The therapy is always precise, professional, and personal. I first came in for recurring lower back pain, but no matter what brings me through the door, they get me back on my feet fast -- and I truly believe it's because they listen and care. That makes all the difference in the world. If a medical massage doesn't fully reset and decompress my body (and it usually does), they're also one of the few practices in NYC that specialize in Fascial Counterstrain -- which consistently launches me into full-on recovery mode. Add to that their upgraded space (just a few doors down from their original location), now offering acupuncture and cryotherapy in a state-of-the-art freeze chamber... and this place just keeps getting better. The ME*PT experience truly is about "PT for ME." I've reviewed them before, and 12+ years later, they still live up to their name. No hesitation, I give them my highest and moose sincere recommendation --110%.

Never in my professional career have I experienced such a rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful…read moreinteraction from a healthcare provider. I contacted this office in a professional capacity to clarify information on a medical certification form completed by Gregory Trahtenberg, Physical Therapist. The form had been completed hastily, and his last name was written so illegibly that I could not accurately determine it. My purpose for calling was simply to obtain clarification and a fax number so that I could assist our mutual patient. When I called the number provided on the form, I was repeatedly interrupted before I could explain the reason for my call. Mr. Trahtenberg asked who I was, where I was calling from, and who I was calling for, interrupting my responses each time. When I stated that I was calling for Gregory and could not make out the last name written on the form, he immediately responded, "If you can't read, maybe you should go back to elementary school," and then hung up on me. What made this interaction even more surprising was that Mr. Trahtenberg appears to speak English as a second language. As someone who likely understands the challenges that can arise in communication, I would have expected a greater degree of patience, professionalism, and courtesy rather than ridicule and insults. This was not a personal call. It was a professional inquiry regarding documentation that he himself had completed. Regardless of the circumstances, there is no justification for speaking to another person in such a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Healthcare providers are entrusted with treating patients with professionalism, compassion, and respect. Based on this interaction, I have serious concerns about the level of professionalism demonstrated by this provider. If this is how legitimate professional inquiries are handled, I would be hesitant to trust this office with my healthcare needs. I would strongly encourage prospective patients to consider this experience when deciding where to seek care.
