Dr J. is hands down the most accepting, caring, and supportive medical professional I have ever worked with. I've been working with Dr. J for almost 3 months and the X-Rays prove that he has made progress on my neck and back. I also feel a noticeable improvement compared to before working with him. Joanne handles all my insurance and if I ever need to reschedule they are immensely accommodating. They are an incredible team and I am so lucky to have them both. If you're looking for a caring provider who embodies mental and self wellness, you've come to the right place. 10000/5.

Yes, of course, they do that too, but what sets them apart are the little things that they do to prevent injury and suggestions for making you a better you. I've seen Dr Kiberd and her team for several years now - worked through injuries - and try to go frequently for tuneups. I've worked with their trainer, Matt, on lifting technique, used acupuncture and massage services as well. The entire process is seamless. The team is super accommodating. Appointments aren't rushed. You feel like you're being focused on. Yet, somehow, they are almost always on time and highly respectful of your time. I would recommend highly and have sent many of my team here.

I have been coming to UWC for years due to various injuries (back - herniated disk, shoulder - torn…read morelabrum, foot - neuroma) and I can definitively say they are one of the best places to get treatment. Not only do they help alleviate any acute and immediate pain, more importantly, they take a holistic approach to overall health management which helps prevent further issues. This is why they have a strength coach, acupuncturist, nutritionist, physical therapist in addition to chiropractors. I now hear they have an incoming podiatrist. I have seen all of these individuals: Dr. Kiberd, Dr. Clarke, Matt, Bethany, Megan and Dr. Splichal. It is so rare to find people so competent in all their respective fields all under one roof. This is how they able to treat more than just symptoms, they attack the underlying root causes helping to create sustainable health. The main focus of going now is more maintenance and continued improvement in my health. I can't recommend this place enough!

I shot him an email, and he got back to me quickly with comprehensive answers to my questions. It wasn't until another couple months that I saw him (because of school & personal budgetary reasons), but when I did, I could tell I was in good hands. It was difficult for me to say exactly where the problem was, but thanks to his attention to detail, he was able to identify where I had the issue. He also provided anatomical visuals on his computer so that I could understand it too. After going at it with him for like 5-6 sessions, I would say I'm like 95% better, which is beyond what I thought possible. Dr. Yu-King's got magic hands to fix your pain! He's also knowledgeable with stretches and exercises to aid your muscle/fascia-related problems. But on top of that, he explains things clearly, gets to the root cause of the issues, and is also an extremely caring & personable dude. I'm 100% glad I made the decision to see him!

After several minutes passed--and even after a phone call--he continued to ignore us. When we asked about it, he claimed he didn't remember saying he would assist us and made it clear that he did not work for the doctor we were there to see. He then went back to doing paperwork without offering any help or direction. When I expressed how unprofessional his behavior was, he responded with clear sarcasm, saying, "They always say that." I'm honestly glad he wasn't our doctor, because if his bedside manner is anything like his front-desk demeanor, I worry for anyone under his care. Afterward, I looked up his reviews and saw I'm not alone--others have also mentioned his sarcastic attitude. I would not recommend anyone choose Dr. Libenzon as their chiropractor. No degree justifies treating people with such disregard and arrogance.
