Local business with friendly staff and great service. We have used Union Feed for horse feed and supplies for over 20 years and are always satisfied with their products and prices. Classifying them as "pet supplies" is kind of an understatement. I'm sure something like "farm supplies" or "livestock supplies" would be more appropriate. They provide their own custom mixes for large buyers, but also have national branded food for horses, livestock, wild birds, and house pets. Purchased a 50 pound bag of wild bird chow that attracted some wonderfully colorful birds for under $25. One of their people did a presentation that included avoiding a junk filler that's plentiful in many of the big box packages. The only problem is trying to figure out what to do with the rest of the big box bird chow that even the sparrows didn't want. Bird seed is not a big part of their business, but the bags they offer are FULL of sunflower and other good seeds. No big signs and it's hard to tell that it's a business that's open to the public, so set the gps. read more

My first and last experience with this company. I paid good money to have 70 bags of horse stall shaving delivered to my home. While driving on my grass, the delivery truck got stuck. Instead of waiting for help, the driver spun and spun his tires to the point the engine was touching the ground. A neighbor of mine had to come tow him out. Huge, deep ruts were left in my lawn. They refuse to accept any responsibility for any wrongdoing. Worse customer service ever! I also paid for the shavings to be unloaded in my barn. They were merely dumped off in my barn and not put away like they were supposed to. My lawn is horrible and will cost hundreds of dollars to repair. Legal action has been started as we have pictures of all this. All I am asking is that my lawn is repaired. Owner refuses to work with me at all. read more

Their prices are best on my needs for Nutrena Senior horse feed, American Natural Premium grain free duck and pork, Froom Gold adult cat food, Marth bedding pellets.
