This store was recommended to me in a dog training class and i am SO GLAD i visited! the entire team of employees were super sweet and very knowledgeable, they were willing to answer any questions i had and were very kind to my pup. Prices are relatively on par with most raw/ freeze dried/ natural pet food but they do have some deals and punch cards for free items (eventually) which is nice! I cant afford to go in too often as I am on a strict budget but as soon as I can, I plan on visiting for more raw snacks for my boys! also to add- they gave a scale in the store which is really useful to weigh in your pet without going to the vet! read more

This place is great! I get all my animals supplies here. They sell great stuff! If it wasn't great stuff she wouldn't be selling it. Dorothy was very helpful when one of my dogs was ill. Helping me to find foods that would help her feel better. The staff are all very knowledgeable and willing to help with any problems or concerns you have with your pets. My dogs love coming here with me too and always get treats and love. I would definitely recommend this place. Will be my the only place I shop for my pet supplies. You've gotta check it out! The owner Dorothy is the one I go to for special diets when training dogs. Our holistic approach to training pets that are misbehaving and exhibiting attention deficit while in training, are tested for allergies and organ weakness. The test sometimes reveals a change of diet is recommend. Dorothy can recommend the appropriate diet the doctor recommends on the test findings. It saves us a lot of time doing our own research, and the pet has a better chance of feeling better and can focuse on their training lessons. It is great to find someone that puts in the effort to please the needs of their clients time after time. read more

This place is awesome! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and if they aren't sure of something they have no problem asking and finding out. I started shopping here a few years ago when I discovered my new dog was allergic to fish (....and pork, turkey, chicken, deer....) and they helped me find a food that he could eat. Not only did they help with the dry food but they were extremely informative about the importance of balancing his diet with the wet food to make sure he was getting the proper nutrition. More recently I had some issues with my cat who has renal failure and they were awesome with helping me find some wet food for him! I lucked out that they had just gotten in a new brand specifically for his condition, but they still helped me find other wet foods that would fit his new diet (in case he refused to eat the other ones--like he did with the science balanced ones) They gave me samples of different dry foods to try with him as well and gave me some good information on his new diet. Great staff---very knowledgable & it's always nice to be greeted by the dogs :-) read more

Natures Feed: Spring Grove IL Is there any doubt that this is the BEST Feed and Pet store in all of Northern Illinois and then some? Stopped in on a busy Saturday and needed help with a food switch while my grandpups are visiting. Dorothy took time to see what they were currently eating, looked up what the ingredients were and found a match, but even better. That is how it's done here.
