I explained that I had to take an anxiety medication prior to getting my blood drawn so I wanted to make sure I could get in, and that I had to be seen early due to child care conflict. One person told me that was fine that I could be seen by a certain time. Then they took multiple walk ins instead of seeing me. After an hour... When I asked after waiting for an hour a different employee told me i was at the bottom of the list, that they would be taking every single walk in ahead of me and was so insanely rude that I left crying. I would urge anyone to not go here. They are horrible, insensitive, with NO bedside manner at all. I'm disgusted. The women I spoke to doesn't deserve to be working in this environment. Cold, nasty, and disgusting to treat people that way.

The building is tucked off the main road in a business park area.Overall it was a much better visit than I anticipated. I hate drawing blood since I have thin veins and it has never been an easy pain free experience for me. But this time it was. Sigh of relief. The technician was fantastic. She definitely knew what she was doing. She was no nonsense, straightforward, and efficient. Not mean or disinterested. But also not exuding rainbow and unicorn vibes. She thoroughly and quickly found my veins, and got down to business extracting. I barely noticed the shot, little pinching sensation thats all. No issues of soreness, not even the next day. There was only two technicians working with one being a trainee that was observing. The low staffing is neither of their faults. It seems that it is Quest's business model of streamlining staffing. For instance, right when you walk in, there is no human staff to assist in check in. The checkin is by self serve kiosk. And that touch screen was not cooperating with me. It did not easily recognize my touch. And if you take too long responding or it does not recognize your touch, it will time you out. You guessed it, it will start the process all over. Ugh. I was seen quickly since I had an appointment which I set weeks ahead of time. The appointment was easy to make online but please make sure you are correctly checking the correct test(s) needed.

Immediately when I walked in and added my name to the waiting list that was empty he told me that I'd be waiting at least an hour and that he wasn't sure if he could fit me in at all. When the next person put their name on the waiting list at no point did he say any such thing to them nor did he say anything about not being seen. When it had been an hour he just took my name off the list saying nothing to me and keeping the other person on the waiting list. When I asked for an explanation he rudely announced to everyone in the waiting room personal details about my blood order and due to the ( details he shared ) that he just couldn't do it in 10 minutes. I said "ok so you're just not going to do my blood draw?" He was trying his hardest to turn me away. I cannot believe he announced personal medical information about my blood draw in front of people. That is not ok, people do not need to know details of my blood draw. None of his behavior was professional whatsoever. He definitely needs some professional training on how to properly interact with people. Some confidentiality training might help too. I hope management addresses his behavior. The only thing that I will say in his defense is he was the only one there. That being said he was clearly irritated about this and it showed in his interactions with people, especially me. His situation does not excuse his behavior. Not once was I ever rude to him. I was polite, patient, and kind the entire time. Even when he wanted to argue with me when I asked for his name and addressed him about his behavior. I told him he has no time to argue and I have no interest in arguing with him.

unbiased: Dr. Steven Mills really deserves the most thorough and amazing review, don't let lack of…read morereviews fool you! Dr. Mills is intelligent, personable, committed, passionate, non-judgmental, and caring. The best MD my family or I have ever had the pleasure of working with....and I've seen a LOT of doctors over the years(8 in the last six months)...none of which had ever proved to genuinely live by the OATH that they took. Dr. Steven Mills used to be my family's primary care doctor at Marshall Medical as an adolescent, and was the first person to bring to light some physical and mental health conditions that began to arise. Rather than paying to see a doctor for five minutes that is thinking about all their other patients to get to, you can now sit down with Dr. Mills for an HOUR to get all of the help and tools and prescribed medicine you need from not only an MD, but an expert in how our bodies work and how to care for them properly; for not just one but ALL of our conditions. Dr. Mills is knowledgeable in mental health as well. His first step is to always start by providing you with the knowledge and NATURAL ways and nutrients(supplements, foods, etc.) for healing your body naturally, the way that YOUR specific body and health needs. after five years and many more painful diagnosis, my quality of life is worse than ever and despite actively seeking help everywhere for months and years, I grew hopeless that I would yet to find a single doctor who cared about working with me to the end. A thought came to my father and I one day wondering where Dr. Mills went off to. I finally found where Dr. Mills has been hiding since he left Marshall and the game changing new private practice he started. It's really something!!! Not to mention absolutely gorgeous... like seriously. he truly values and cares for all of his patients because he wants to see them get better. He did everything to really create a special, safe space and doctors office to care for his patients. without hesitation and despite scarce finances, I subscribed to his practice right away; I had no hope left and no one helping me, and I knew for a fact he would be the only one to truly care to guide me through this journey, and the only one would would be truly able and committed to giving me a better life With the stage that I'm at. He understands his patients' pain and where it lies because he understands every system in our bodies and how they work/how they are supposed to work. Dr. Mills goes all the way and takes every step and measure necessary in order to be able to assess and bring to light everything that's off in your body. He crosses everything off the list until he finds the RIGHT answers so he can begin to find/give a solution(not just any answer...). I feel whole heartedly blessed and grateful that I found my old doctor at the time I needed him most! I'm sick and tired(literally) of sitting in busy doctors offices just waiting to be seen as just another patient scheduled that day. Now I don't have to anymore. Things are already looking up. Best doctor ever!! I'm finally on the right path with the help I've needed and deserved All these years. Thank you Dr. Mills!

He gave it to me but again it was missing service codes & diagnosis. When I asked for the additional info he refused to give it to me. Oh yeah, he once asked me what I was taking even though he prescribed it to me. I dropped Dr. Mills after seeing him for 14 months. Made minimal progress!

How do they think people would rather pay a 500% premium just to get the work done there? I will not be returning to Marshall Medical for anything anymore. I will also be warning anyone in the area not to go there. I even called multiple times trying to give them a chance to correct this. They do not budge and only care about their money.
