Had to bring my grand baby here for routine blood work done . Bad experience !!! He is autistic and he was already screaming . Grandpa was holding him as I was putting a video on for him to distract him she told me rudely to put the phone down and hold his legs . I felt that was an inappropriate way to talk to me. Really bad attitude . Doesn't seem she likes her job too much . If you don't like your job , you should find another one !!! I will never take my autistic grand baby here again . read more

I had to drive to this location because the other location does not do "urine drug testing". They received a call ahead of time, they were expecting me. Everything was explained from start to finish. What an awesome experience. Great customer service. In and out!! Thank you! read more

Worst set up/ customers service I've ever seen. Very rude to anyone who has questions, asked if I should make an appointment when doing a drug test (never done one before thought i just had to pee in a cup) he laughed at me and said yeah that would probably help. The times for drug test are from 11-2 so of course the 2 people that are working there take their lunches between 11-1 making it over a 45 minuets wait for something that should only take 10 minuets. Another young man had an appointment at 10:30 and left his ID at home said it took 5 minuets to go home and get it when he came back there was 3 people in the waiting area they told him that he needed to wait his turn again and shouldn't have left his ID at home. Wish that the company I was doing the drug test with had a different location so i don't have to go back there. Definitely put a dampener on my day. read more

1. Hours on the window states 730am-4pm, got there at 2:55pm, door was locked smh, 15mins later after hearing ppl inside someone finally opens it. 2. Apparently they don't take urine samples after 2pm. THANKS A LOT FOR WASTING OUR TIME TO FIND OUT FROM YOUR MOUTH INSTEAD OF THE WINDOW THAT STATES BUSINESS HOURS OR ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!! Just a shame my company wasted their money on this establishment read more

Absolutely worst patient care experience of my life.... This is a "puppy mill" with no care whatsoever to make your experience any better when you are sick.... stay away.... these companies are built to churn you out and bill your insurance - a revenue machine!! No care in the world that you have an appt.... disorganized and paperwork everywhere.... risk of getting stuff mixed up is apparent.... also no private areas. You can see into the draw rooms from the waiting room. read more

If you can avoid this facility please do. They are unorganized and rude. They don't acknowledge if you have an appointment so don't bother making one. I'm now waiting 55minutes just to drop off a urine sample. People without appointments were taken before people with appointments. One person was taken to the back then yanked out of the room because a lady with an appointment complained. Seriously?!! I usually go to Pleasanton where they don't ask me if my Doctor faxed or emailed the lab slip. The male employee just blamed the Doctors for not letting us patients know how the slips were sent over (via fax or email) and if they couldn't be found then we would have to return to our Doctors office to physically obtain a copy and come back. It would be in your best interest to find another Lab where they have it together. read more

I have been here multiple times and Willie and Janine have been absolutely wonderful every time. I especially like Willy's attitude when he is having to draw blood from my boys. He makes conversation with them and make them laugh. Makes it an overall pleasurable experience to come here. I have also been there myself personally and they do a great job every time. read more

They are very nice and professional when you check in with your drivers license at the screens in the waiting room. They were nice about showing me how the first time too. read more

Been waiting for an hour and a half, but still trying to be patient! There are more people pouring in, this place is ridiculous! Who the h**l runs this place?! Finally after almost two hours I'm done! read more

Came as a walk-in and had to wait some but Willie got it done for me. I am a happy little old lady. Management needs to buy bandaids and fox internet speeds and give all a well deserved raise. read more

I had a very good experience here. I was a walk in and didn't have all the necessary paper work I needed and they took the time to email the necessary parties so I could get my blood work done that day. My results were sent to my dr in Washington within 48 hours. Very friendly staff. I would recommend them for sure read more

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:30am appointment; let the receptionist know I had an appointment; gave her my lab sheet and insurance card. I was the next person taken back and the lab technician/phlebotomist was friendly and had a successful blood draw. It couldn't be a more smooth and efficient operation. If I needed my appointment confirmation number, I had it in email but wasn't asked for it. My experience was good, as it should be. read more

I have never received such piss poor service from a blood lab in my life. I am a transplant patient and have used this lab for more than 15 years. Last month when I was there I had to argue with the lab tech over them changing my standing order which he swore up and down they would never do. I brought them proof today that they had infact done so (I always keep the originals) and received not so much as an apology. I have my bi annual checkup at UCSF on next Monday the 27th and per protocol went in this morning to have my monthly as well as my every 3 month labs done one week prior to my appointment as required. My 3 month tests were 4 days early and they refused to complete them. I understand they have their own protocols to follow but there are always exceptions to the rule. They said they would require a new order before they could perform this test today. I explained to them that this would be impossible since today is a clinic day and it is near impossible to contact the transplant clinic until after hours on these days. They were extremely rude and refused to attempt to accommodate such a simple request. I will never return to this lab again and will pass along the word to everyone I know and hope they do the same. I have lived in this town for nearly 40 years and have a wide network of friends who utilize their services but I will make sure they do not do so anymore. read more

This place is horrible. I have been here on numerous occasions. Every time the service is horrible. The woman sitting, I say sitting because it appears she is doing nothing, is rude, has zero personality, is extremely loud when discussing patients information. I have been here for 48 minutes and they have helped 3 people. The male tech has to come out take care of people's paperwork, make photocopies, phone calls and then help the patients. If you can avoid this place, do. read more

Probably the worst lab in contra costa county, rude and very slow and when it got busy 1 of the 2 ladies kept complaining that she should be on her lunch. They have the lab orders scattered every where on their counter. I recommend not going here unless you have no choice. read more

Arrived here at 11:25 and there were 4 patients ahead of me. The gentleman by himself was able to get through the 4 of them by 12:30 then came the lady.....she arrived at 12:30 stayed in the back taking care of stuff and then came up front at 12:45 took a 12:15 appt ahead of me that had arrived late and then said I was up next. She made the excuse that the office overbooked people. With only 2 people working in the office ( crappy management) and only having 1 person between 12&1 again (crappy management) this facility is poorly ran and not efficient. The lady had a rude tone but my attitude pretty much squashed her attitude quickly!!! I don't take crap from rude people. Then I could here her say the manager would be in later to help with the overbooking. read more

Surprised at all of the negative reviews. I had an blood test appointment today at 8am, showed up on time, signed in and was back out the door by 8:20. The staff was courteous and professional. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far, the worst QUEST Center I have ever been to. If the staff that they have employed here is who they want representing their brand/company, they picked the wrong people. This location is understaffed, unorganized, not knowledgeable at all, and just plain rude. I would recommend a facilitator come in and shadow these employees to ensure they are doing a correct job. I waited over 2 hours before I was even acknowledged only to be told that the reason I was there would only be able to be done during a specific time which would then make me wait another hour. I will never return to this location and will be sure to let everyone I know to not come here as well. read more

It's like going to the DMV, lots of waiting, poor attitudes and way too much paperwork. Never again!

I wished that I had read the reviews before coming to this location. I am so disappointed. I waited 1 hour and 20 mins. I have never experienced this much wait with any lab drawing facility. I should have gone to Lab Corp instead. I will never go back here ever again. read more

My husband & I have been going here for quite some time. We've never had a bad experience or waited for more than a few minutes even though we haven't made appt. read more
