NEVER go to this place! The African American lady (not sure what her name was) who attended to my mom for drawing blood is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was arguing with other patients as well in the lobby and behaves like she hates her job and all the patients are inconveniencing her. Management needs to hire folks who are nice and welcoming towards the patients in this diagnostics facility. read more

I went to Quest diagnostics at 4049 lone tree way #F Antioch on 1/19/2026 for appointment at 8:50am.Two ladies work at that place told me that there's no doctor lab order but before that the doctor told me he already fax to the lab order to the Quest Diagnostics They told me they did not see it yet after that they told me to go to get it from the Sutter laboratory I did that I came back to see them again but they said not the right one then I have go back home to get it to show them They said they can not read it because it's not clear I was so upset why they treat me like that. they did not let me get the lab work done. They kept saying the lunch time, lunch time at 11:00am but not even 11am yet, it was still early. My appointment at 8:50am, they were wasting my time until 10:30 am then I went to another place same Quest Diagnostics at 2250 Gladstone Dr #5 Pittsburg the guy works in that can read the same lab order and help me get my lab work done completely and did a good job at the same day only different time why those two ladies couldn't do for me. read more

Only one lab tech, no one to handle paperwork. Constantly booked up, cannot get an appointment, 2-3 hour wait as a walking!! Did not get my labwork done!! read more

Very disappointed with the service. It looks like there's only one lady serving all patients under lots of stress. She acted very rude, super arrogant, and unprofessional rolling her eyes when we asked simple questions and responding unkindly. Not the service you might expect. Skip this location to stay away from bad vibes. read more

I was a walk in the lab wasn't that busy they let me sit there 40 minutes before telling me they were closing for lunch And older man was having trouble checking in for his APPOINTMENT. Nobody even tried to help him he to was told they were closing for lunch come back in an hour. The male in there was very rude. I was even on a walker he didnt give a shit so I have to make another trip. read more

Brianna was awesome! Didn't even feel the needle poke me! And she found my vein on the first try! They were quick and efficient as well, and personable. There's something to be said about feeling vulnerable and sick and having to have your blood drawn or your specimens collected. The staff here makes you feel like a human instead of a science experiment. Great bedside manners! read more

My 5 yr old son needed his blood drawn for the first time for some tests . Let me start by saying i thought this would be like every other time he needed a shot , which always ended in him screaming , crying , and completely loosing it . My husband took our son because we were fully prepared to have to restrain him like every-time before . Today was so much different . Leovy and Bri were absolutely amazing ! My son did not cry and sat perfectly still on his own. They were so kind and warm with him which made him feel comfortable. They were super quick and it was painless , my son didn't even know he had a "shot" even though he had 5 viles of blood taken for testing . I am shocked that they are THAT amazing but they truly are and I'm so thankful my son had them this morning . read more

It was my first time to get a blood draw here, and had a great experience with the staff, especially to the lab tech Leovy. She was very friendly. Her hand was so light that I didnt even feel the insertion of the needle at all. read more

LEOVY = LOVE I would recommend her to anyone. I have always been scared of having my blood drawn and she is amazing. Leovy is fast, friendly and she remembers you! Did I say she was amazing? I'd say it again and again! She has drawn my babies blood and they don't cry. She makes you feel special and she is so fast that I am surprised it is over already! I have a suggestion with my review. I had to bring my parents today. Struggling with my own unexpected medical issue, I brought my daughter to push her grandmother in her wheelchair. While the lady at the front intended to be nice, her demeanor was a bit frazzled and not really the greatest for disabled and elderly patients. I opted to wait outside because there were "too many" people in the waiting area. I completely understand that it's limited due to COVID, but there really should be some chairs or benches outside of the building for those fragile patients. The employee asked a struggling woman with a walker to "wait in her car", which she could not do because she was dropped off. I was thankful she didn't ask my parents because they took wheelchair transportation to get there. I mentioned that it would be helpful if they put benches or chairs outside. Thankfully, the nice lady from the State Farm office next door brought out a chair for the woman with the walker. Suggestion: put some seats outside for your patients. That way, the assistants or personal care attendants can go and check in while the patients wait, and the woman at the front desk won't have to be so frazzled. read more

I LOVE great customer service. This location was unable to service me, but they made a phone call to another location for me. People usually don't go out of their way for people these days. This was a typical visit for blood testing, until I was told to check in at a computer that was on a stand. Using this computer was a lengthy process and the only way to use it was to stand in front of it. Easy process for the able-bodied patients but I have issues with my back and both legs and use a walker. Long story short the process is very painful and I was in tears. Perhaps they could utilize a sit down version for their less mobile patients. read more

So good with my kids!! They never sit still for blood draws and the staff is always patient and kind....even when its busy they take their time. They're also gentle with my veins when I have to get a draw too. Sometimes the wait gets long in the mornings, so plan a different time or make an appointment, however I've never made an appointment and I've never waited longer than 20 minutes. read more

I live at Quest Diagnostics in Antioch. My favorite is Leovy. Always welcoming, makes you feel comfortable, and never makes you wait. I am always relaxed in her chair because I know I am not going to feel a thing. I overheard a client says she brings her little ones in because they never feel a thing. If you need blood work done and have New insurance info, especially Medicare and Medicare Supplement, Do Not Go to this establishment, ask your doctor in advance for a LabCorp form and go there, just a few doors down. This occurred the end of August--The lady at the front was somewhat frazzled (to use another review I see here that used same description, very applicable). I gave her my current insurance info and had a weird intuition. About a month later, I started getting Daily text messages from Quest telling me to contact them "to make a payment or work out a payment plan." The bill was almost $1900! It was Impossible to phone Customer Service and took me some time to find a good email address on their corporate website. I also went into my online account and saw very incomplete insurance information! My intuition was correct--- the frazzled lady entered only part of my Medicare Supplement info and none of my Medicare info! After numerous emails, I finally heard back from someone and I was able to give the complete info. However I continued to get those spooky text messages. Finally I don't get any more notifications per my request but I check my Medicare account and still don't see any Quest billing. My other comment, along with the complaint about this office, was that someone elderly or disabled could have the same done to them and Not Know how to deal with this situation! So, beware of this Quest location, sorry to relate this story but had to let you know. read more

They didnt answer the phone at 8am and altho it said leave a message and theyd cb i rec. No call. Got here 15m before appt only to be greeted by a empty front desk. Then the gal came out and was very rude and unfriendly. Didnt want to answer my questions and said sit down we will get to you- i decided to wait until 5min padt my appt time then im leaving and going to Brentwood where they have a friendly disposition snd are mire than happy to answer your questions...i wont be back here. They got a one star because of the location. read more

i had blood draw in may and can't get my results. none of their phone numbers will get you to a person. i even tried the physician line, you know i got there? a survey that is a cover to sell you a vacation that asks very inappropriate questions and this is the md help line. still no human. so i fax, its not theirs its some individuals i don't know what to do. these results were important aa d they belong to me under the law. i hope they read this before i sue them. sure they are clean and friendly, but if you don't get the results so what! read more

This is a clean, friendly, very well run office. When we went in for our lab work, we were immediately greeted by Veronica at the front desk. Such a nice smile and very friendly. We checked in and were called back by Leovy in less than 5 minutes. Leovy remembered us from our last appointment, about 3 1/2 months before. I was astonished! The waiting room was very busy with people coming and going and yet she remembered us. Leovy is a master at finding the vein and making the procedure as comfortable as possible. She is very caring. As we left Veronica thanked us for coming and let us know another appointment had already been scheduled by the doctor. We will always go to this lab. read more
