I had picked up the test kit in Concord. Apparently Concord lab and Brentwood lab do not mark their samples the same. So this is my fault!!!! After the nasty attitude I received for not marking the sample I informed the tech I was only dropping off for someone and it was not mine. All the data was there as requested there should have been no issue. The info had been provided as requested by Concord. She made me mark the sample even though she had everything she needed. If this happens again I assure you it's going to go differently!! Have a great day Lab tech! I'll be sure your mgmt is involved in the process because I will not be treated like this again.

The first thing is to sign up for their apps and register. It will take you to their available time and location near you. I was able to schedule the date and time on this app. It's very easy and convenient. Once you arrive for the test, they text you and sign you up to say that you've arrived. You don't have to sign in at the counter Just sit down and they will call your name. It's that simple. I've been going to Quest for my lab work and these apps make it easier. If you have a choice to get your blood work, I highly suggest Quest

There was no one in the waiting room, and as I walked in, someone was coming out of a patient's room and left. When the tech came out, I told her I had two orders for blood tests. She asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. She then told me that they see patients only by appointment. She told me to go to Brentwood if I wanted to be seen today. Again...no one waiting in the waiting room. Patient just left, so there is an open room. And a tech with nothing to do right then. Since taking a blood draw normally takes about 10 to 15 minutes total, I was perplexed. I mentioned that the website for their branch in Antioch clearly states that you do not need an appointment. She just shrugged. So I had to drive home and find a date where there were open appointments times.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
