My doctors had already sent the orders electronically, so all I had to do was self check-in at the kiosks. I also had a test order I bought myself on the LabCorp website that was also sent electronically. Make sure you create a LabCorp patient account online before you go. The check-in process will be much faster. You won't have to enter your insurance and personal information at the kiosk if you make an account ahead of time. All you have to do is scan your ID and confirm a few details and your check-in is done. They are open 7:30a-11:30a on Saturday. I got there at 7:28am and the waiting room was already 90% full. I expected this, so it didn't bother me. There is plenty of seating and room for many in the waiting area. Most people there were walk-in patients. There is a list of names on a monitor in the waiting area that shows where you are in line after you check-in. It also shows whether you are a walk-in or an appointment. I waited ~50 minutes. The receptionist found all my test orders easily. The phlebotomist was very nice and took my blood samples efficiently and gently. One needle prick and I barely felt it. The only reason I took off one star is the restroom facilities need some attention. They need to be remodeled and cleaned. The toilet paper didn't have a roll dispenser, and the sink spigots were gross.

There is no traditional front desk and no staff member readily available to guide you, which can be confusing, especially if it's your first time or if you're already feeling anxious. You're left to figure things out on your own using the kiosk, and the overall atmosphere in the waiting area feels a bit unwelcoming. That part is definitely a drawback. That said, once you are called in for the actual blood draw, the experience improves dramatically. The phlebotomists are skilled, patient, and professional. I am extremely nervous around needles and have a history of feeling faint, so this is not something I take lightly. The staff here take their time, explain what they are doing, and make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. I have consistently felt like I was in capable hands. They are also very gentle and efficient. I have never experienced bruising here, which has not always been the case elsewhere. Compared to Labcorp, where my husband had a difficult experience with multiple unsuccessful attempts, Quest has been much more reliable. So while the front-end experience could really use improvement, the quality of care during the blood draw itself makes a big difference. If you are someone who is anxious about needles, the professionalism and skill of the staff here can make the visit much easier.

I arrived early to check in and they were able to get me in a few minutes before my appointment time. The unstaffed waiting room and self service check in felt a bit unwelcoming, but once taken back to the clinic, the experience was comfortable and the phlebotomist I saw was friendly and did a great job.

I couldn't find costs specified anywhere ). I went in and immediately said. "How much are the flu and Covid boosters ?" No one. NO ONE ! Could tell me. I shoulda left right then. Someone said. "Should be less than $100". I said. "Ok. I don't have insurance I'd like to pay now." "Oh it doesn't work that way. We bill you." Again. I shoulda left. No other industry can't quote a price up front. Or collect payment at time of service. Anyways I just paid a $376 bill for literally 1 minute of asking the price and being told "No. we like to surprise our patients !" And 28 seconds of "poke squirt. Poke squirt ". $376 ?!! For two community health related vaccines ? At a "low cost clinic " I'm furious. I checked online. It should be no more than $100 I got duped for trusting these people. Don't fall for it. Beware !!
