Yes, they do offer mobile banking and bill pay but it's a lot slower and not user friendly. With today's world, everything revolves around debit purchases and is fast paced. It took them two weeks to get our debit cards to us and two weeks to get bill pay working correctly. I will be looking to switch again very soon.

(Where "everybody knows your name"!!) They are always ready to answer questions, help you when you forgot your online password after closing time, and have the dog biscuit ready when the see the dog via the 'drive-up window. Unless she's on the phone, expect a warm greeting. She always has something for the kids, sticker, lollipops, and last time we were in, silly bands. No matter how long the line is, the wait is never bad. There are always plenty of tellers working. They offer truly free banking and I love them for it. It is so complicated to pay loan, make automatic payment and navigate in the account that I asked for help customer service 4 times and 4 times they helped me but autopay still doesn't work. So I did payments individualy each month, but this month this option doesn't work either. Just want to pay my car off and forget about it. I will never do business with them anymore and don't recommend to anyone. Stay away !
