The interior is somewhat upscale, several offices, and employees to fill them. I have never had to wait in line at this bank and find most of the tellers to be friendly and competent. There drive thru ATM is open 24/7 however it would be nice if the bank were open longer hours M-W ( they close at 4). You avoid several fees and surcharges doing banking with a credit union as opposed to a regular a bank, however if you go there for shared branching make sure when you arrive there "shared system" before the transaction.

I have received excellent service at this branch, and the employees have the right combination of friendly and professional, both the tellers and the bankers. This location sometimes gets busy, but the tellers keep the line moving. It was also as a customer of Centreville Bank that I became acquainted with the convenience of direct deposit and online banking. I'm not a big computer geek, but their online banking website is very easy to use, and I like being able to transfer money between multiple accounts to manage my finances as needed. The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars, instead of 5, is that this part of Tiogue Avenue has INSANE traffic. The bank is right across the street from a shopping plaza and a Speedway gas station, and right next to a popular local bakery. After too many harrowing experiences trying to pull out of the bank and take a left onto Tiogue Avenue (even with a middle turning lane!), I now always turn right onto Tiogue Avenue. If I need to go the other way, I will go into another parking lot to turn around.

I am a customer, needed some documents notarized. The notary Rene Barosy Jr did not know his date…read moreof Notary's Commission and said he lost his certificate so can not provide a copy of it. It is required by the consulate to attach a copy. Andrea also confirmed that she does not have her's. I asked for a manager to see if maybe they keep a copy of these records on file and could help me but Rene said he was the manager and I could not speak to anyone else. Now I have to reprint all the documents as he already signed them and stamped them. He knew up front I will need this copy and the dates. Then got passive aggressive "have a nice day" on my way out.

They tried to send me out the door with an auxiliary printed sheet of paper that she stapled to my document - and my name was spell wrong :(. I politely put my foot down and asked for the notary to be written on the original document - yo duh!
