At the last minute, they texted us to cancel, claiming an "emergency repair." When I called, the story changed, they admitted they took a bigger, higher-paying job (full heating system replacement) and pushed us aside, told us either cancel or reschedule with them. They didn't even bother calling back, just sent a text canceling after pretending to "sort things out." Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

We had to deal with a lot of salesmen-y type of people that didn't feel honest. Quoting huge numbers and telling us our AC was definitely going to die any moment. We knew it was going bad, but the experience we had with the greasy salesmen techs made us decide to wait for it to fail before trying again to find someone good. It finally failed May 2026. I did my research again and found this company. The reviews were great but I was still really nervous because of our last experience. Called them out, fully expecting to go through the process of calling multiple people before finding someone. However, Alfredo was immediately different from the others. He is such a kind and personable person. What a great first impression. If you are able to ask by name, I suggest ask for Alfredo. He arrived exactly on time, too. He didn't feel like a salesperson at all. He felt honest and genuine. He gave us all of our options. From repair to full and complete replacement and everything in between. He discussed with us the pros and cons of each option. It never felt like he was pushing us one way or the other. It felt like he just wanted us to have a working AC that worked for us, period. He also spoke equally to both my husband and I. Many technicians tend to only speak to my husband which is annoying since I take care of most of the home management. Previously we were told we had to do this super expensive option to keep our upstairs cool but Alfredo told us we likely didn't need it, and if we did, we could have it added later. I knew right away we didn't need to have anyone else come out. We chose them and they were able to install our new system same day. We left the house, and they were very respectful of our house while they were here alone. They cleaned up after themselves and locked the doors behind them. He said they would likely be done around 2am and they finished at exactly 1:59am! We had a Lego display on the wall that I'm guessing got bumped (I forgot to remove it before they arrived so that was my bad). Some pieces fell off and broke apart and they put them all on the table. I've knocked that thing off myself and finding those scattered pieces is annoying. No missing pieces at all. I was impressed by this small thing. Just another example of the care and thoughtfulness of the crew. The AC is incredible. I'm very happy so far with our choice in system and in who we picked to install it. Once the labor warranty expired, I decided to try a smaller local company. I first had Red Star Cooling come out. The technician diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil and gave me a verbal estimate around $1,800 (labor only, since the part was under warranty). However, when the written estimate came through, it had jumped to $2,400. That lack of consistency didn't sit right with me. I then called Christmas Air, explained the situation, and received a straightforward quote over the phone that was actually a bit lower than Red Star's original estimate. They were able to come out the very next day. Denver handled the job, and he was excellent--thorough in confirming the issue, clear in explaining things, and even pointed out a few items to keep an eye on down the road. I just had quite the adventure of customer service with Christmas air…read more My air conditioner unit was blowing very lightly and on the thermostat the "cool on" indication was blinking. There are some thing that was wrong obviously. However, it could not be identified. I called Christmas air and Keith promptly came out to check out what was going on. He assessed the problem, determined that I needed a new fan motor and put the order in for the part that was needed. Although I couldn't get it fixed on the first day, he reassured me that, a repair would be possible. And then it was several days before the part actually came in and despite some complications eventually all needed parts were available. Now, the caveat is the fact that this company was relentless for allowing me to get as much life out of my 20+ year-old unit as possible. So, although the repair took about a week and several trips from multiple Christmas Air employees, at the end of the day, the team ensured that the problem was resolved, given a fair price, and I was followed up with each step of the way. The previous owners of my home used Christmas Air, which is why I've continued to use them. And thanks to the continual good customer service, I am planning to stay with them for the foreseeable future.

I looked at his reviews and they all seemed good from his customers so I had no doubt in hiring his company. I met Charlie and he asked for a favor if I could purchase the TV's and the Sonos from him as he can match the prices I received and it would help him with his sales. I obliged but to only find out that after purchasing them, the pricing on the tv's went down a couple weeks later (at this point they were all at his location and not installed). He gave me an attitude and said once they are purchased he couldn't match the price and I proceeded to tell him I would return them and buy them somewhere else. Finally he said he could do it. Charlie gave me a price "not to exceed a certain amount of money to install the tvs and several Sonos systems". He arrived the first day, installed the large 100" and then he left for another appointment and had his helper install the rest of the tvs upstairs . Two days later, he came back and installed the other 2 large tvs and hooked up only 2 Sonos systems. He quoted me 245/hr for 2 men. He still charged me when he left early the first day, on his Invoice he said he was here a certain day and worked 8 hours (he didn't) and that particular day my hardwood floors were being refinished and there was nobody allowed in the house. With the miscalculeted hours, the numerous cigarette breaks he took in front of my house, I learned that this guy is not about customer service, he is about getting in and getting as much money as he can from the customer and not even finishing his work. I have wires hanging down from the tvs, tvs that are not level and 2 of the tvs that have apple boxes that were suppose to be installed behind the tvs are actually hanging over the tvs at this very moment. I contacted Charlie a week ago after his shoddy work and fabricated hours for the warranty cards, the manuals for the items I purchased. Between the Sonos and the TVS alone I spent over 25K and 2 days of labor was 3400.00, so almost 30K was spent and I have not heard from Charlie since this request. Don't be fooled by this con-artist and the reviews he has on here, if anyone wants to see the pictures, the receipts of the Invoices, the emails sent to him, please reach out. I want everyone to be aware that this guy is not who he says he is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Lauren & Savannah did an excellent job in scheduling our appointment in a prompt manner. Joshua (proper name is Yehoshua, we kept mispronouncing it but he was very gracious about it) called to let us know what time he would be at our home and he was prompt! Not a minute late! When he arrived he got to the problem, determined the issue and solved it within 30 minutes. Our AC wasn't cooling half of the house correctly and the other half was too cold. He answered all of our questions, we had a lot - first time homebuyer, in a clear manner that we could understand. He explained what the issue was, walked us through how he was going to fix it and then proceeded to do so. He even gave us some pointers/tips to help keep the house evenly cool. I waited a little over a month to write this review because i wanted to fully test the AC and make sure it was working correctly (and the heater as well) - they are. We had a tripping breaker and no lights in 3 rooms. There was a outdoor receptacle that looked scorched. It had been installed wrong and causing problems for years.They replaced it and solved the problem. They installed security lights on all 4 corners.
