It was 6 PM when they were called! Turns out the whole HVAC system needed to be replaced as it was at least 17 years old (the A/C unit was installed in 1997). After getting the approval to do the job, we were told that he and his crew would be back between 8:30 and 9:00 AM the next day, and they were here at 8:30. I have never had a more professional and courteous service crew in my home. Everything was as clean as they found it. Actually even cleaner, as we had not been able to rake behind the A/C unit because of all of the wires and pipes. Once the old unit was out, I tried to get the rake back there, but Chris took it from me and took care of it. Thank you guys!

TLDR: Highly recommend. Entire process and experience was fantastic. Alfredo was A++++…read more We had a 9 year old HVAC that was dying in 2023 and called out numerous companies to quote and diagnose for possible repair. We had to deal with a lot of salesmen-y type of people that didn't feel honest. Quoting huge numbers and telling us our AC was definitely going to die any moment. Telling us we had to buy these huge expensive replacements. We knew it was going bad, but the experience we had with the greasy salesmen techs made us decide to wait for it to fail before trying again to find someone good. It finally failed May 2026. I did my research again and found this company. The reviews were great but I was still really nervous because of our last experience. Called them out, fully expecting to go through the process of calling multiple people before finding someone. However, Alfredo was immediately different from the others. He is such a kind and personable person. What a great first impression. If you are able to ask by name, I suggest ask for Alfredo. He arrived exactly on time, too. He didn't feel like a salesperson at all. He felt honest and genuine. He gave us all of our options. From repair to full and complete replacement and everything in between. He discussed with us the pros and cons of each option. It never felt like he was pushing us one way or the other. It felt like he just wanted us to have a working AC that worked for us, period. He also spoke equally to both my husband and I. Many technicians tend to only speak to my husband which is annoying since I take care of most of the home management. Previously we were told we had to do this super expensive option to keep our upstairs cool but Alfredo told us we likely didn't need it, and if we did, we could have it added later. I knew right away we didn't need to have anyone else come out. We chose them and they were able to install our new system same day. We left the house, and they were very respectful of our house while they were here alone. They cleaned up after themselves and locked the doors behind them. He said they would likely be done around 2am and they finished at exactly 1:59am! We had a Lego display on the wall that I'm guessing got bumped (I forgot to remove it before they arrived so that was my bad). Some pieces fell off and broke apart and they put them all on the table. I've knocked that thing off myself and finding those scattered pieces is annoying. No missing pieces at all. I was impressed by this small thing. Just another example of the care and thoughtfulness of the crew. The AC is incredible. I'm very happy so far with our choice in system and in who we picked to install it. I don't feel bamboozled or taken advantage of in any way. Highly recommend! Very glad I found them.

My home was built in 2022, and since Houk Air Conditioning installed my HVAC system, I was tied to…read moreusing them for service under warranty. Unfortunately, one of my AC units has never worked properly. Houk came out four different times and gave me a different diagnosis each visit, yet the issue was never resolved. Once the labor warranty expired, I decided to try a smaller local company. I first had Red Star Cooling come out. The technician diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil and gave me a verbal estimate around $1,800 (labor only, since the part was under warranty). However, when the written estimate came through, it had jumped to $2,400. That lack of consistency didn't sit right with me. I then called Christmas Air, explained the situation, and received a straightforward quote over the phone that was actually a bit lower than Red Star's original estimate. They were able to come out the very next day. Denver handled the job, and he was excellent--thorough in confirming the issue, clear in explaining things, and even pointed out a few items to keep an eye on down the road. Professional, polite, and easy to work with. At this point, I'll be using Christmas Air going forward for both HVAC and plumbing

I just had quite the adventure of customer service with Christmas air…read more My air conditioner unit was blowing very lightly and on the thermostat the "cool on" indication was blinking. There are some thing that was wrong obviously. However, it could not be identified. I called Christmas air and Keith promptly came out to check out what was going on. He assessed the problem, determined that I needed a new fan motor and put the order in for the part that was needed. Although I couldn't get it fixed on the first day, he reassured me that, a repair would be possible. And then it was several days before the part actually came in and despite some complications eventually all needed parts were available. Now, the caveat is the fact that this company was relentless for allowing me to get as much life out of my 20+ year-old unit as possible. So, although the repair took about a week and several trips from multiple Christmas Air employees, at the end of the day, the team ensured that the problem was resolved, given a fair price, and I was followed up with each step of the way. The previous owners of my home used Christmas Air, which is why I've continued to use them. And thanks to the continual good customer service, I am planning to stay with them for the foreseeable future.
