So we paid $10k+ for a new system that failed prematurely due to an installation issue, and Goat Air solution is to charge us even more money. Zero accountability, zero responsibility, just another opportunity to take money from the customer. We would absolutely NOT recommend Goat Air to anyone.

Robert and the team came out and expertly installed the new higher efficiency unit. We had some issues with the zone control board and Robert stayed with it until it was all figured out. Fast Forward - This last week we came home from a trip and on the second day home the Air just stopped. I called Robert and he not only responded late that evening but called another customer scheduled for an install the next day and asked if he could move the appointment back to fit our service call in first thing the next morning. (We had no air and theirs was still at lest running) The customer thankfully agreed to the change! When Robert arrived he checked our unit and found it was starved for power and that it was not the Unit at all but must be in our Power panel. I called an electrician and he came out and found that one of the breakers in the sub panel had gone bad and he replaced it. We powered back up with Roberts instructions and the unit supplied cold air! You know you have found a good HVAC company when they are just as responsive and helpful after a sell as they are when trying to make one. Robert and Gary were quick to help diagnose the issue and to help us determine the best most cost effective way to take care of a problem that turned out not to be even associated with his work. I appreciate their prompt response, honest answers and helpful attitude! I would recommend Air Solutions to anyone. Doug F- Aubrey Texas

Instead of simply proposing a 1 to 1 replacement, Tyler listened carefully to our issues and came up with a great solution that would increase airflow, reduce humidity, and potentially save on utilities. His proposal would remove both the upstairs and downstairs units and install a variable speed single zoned system with a dehumidifier. Tyler's solution was less expensive than our other finalist, and very competitive with the other bids. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. In the end, however, there were some specific things about the thermostat that the other option handled better for our needs, though most people would probably not notice. Even after I let Tyler know we were choosing another company, he was very professional and advised us on a technical detail. I would highly recommend you talk with Tyler when it's time for a new system.

Alfredo was A++++…read more We had a 9 year old HVAC that was dying in 2023 and called out numerous companies to quote and diagnose for possible repair. We had to deal with a lot of salesmen-y type of people that didn't feel honest. Quoting huge numbers and telling us our AC was definitely going to die any moment. Telling us we had to buy these huge expensive replacements. We knew it was going bad, but the experience we had with the greasy salesmen techs made us decide to wait for it to fail before trying again to find someone good. It finally failed May 2026. I did my research again and found this company. The reviews were great but I was still really nervous because of our last experience. Called them out, fully expecting to go through the process of calling multiple people before finding someone. However, Alfredo was immediately different from the others. He is such a kind and personable person. What a great first impression. If you are able to ask by name, I suggest ask for Alfredo. He arrived exactly on time, too. He didn't feel like a salesperson at all. He felt honest and genuine. He gave us all of our options. From repair to full and complete replacement and everything in between. He discussed with us the pros and cons of each option. It never felt like he was pushing us one way or the other. It felt like he just wanted us to have a working AC that worked for us, period. He also spoke equally to both my husband and I. Many technicians tend to only speak to my husband which is annoying since I take care of most of the home management. Previously we were told we had to do this super expensive option to keep our upstairs cool but Alfredo told us we likely didn't need it, and if we did, we could have it added later. I knew right away we didn't need to have anyone else come out. We chose them and they were able to install our new system same day. We left the house, and they were very respectful of our house while they were here alone. They cleaned up after themselves and locked the doors behind them. He said they would likely be done around 2am and they finished at exactly 1:59am! We had a Lego display on the wall that I'm guessing got bumped (I forgot to remove it before they arrived so that was my bad). Some pieces fell off and broke apart and they put them all on the table. I've knocked that thing off myself and finding those scattered pieces is annoying. No missing pieces at all. I was impressed by this small thing. Just another example of the care and thoughtfulness of the crew. The AC is incredible. I'm very happy so far with our choice in system and in who we picked to install it. I don't feel bamboozled or taken advantage of in any way. Highly recommend! Very glad I found them.

Morgan struck us as an honest technical guy who wasn't interested in playing sales games, and he told a great story about the company's values and why he chose to work for them, which left a positive impression on us. His solution was more expensive than our other finalist, but not the most expensive we had seen, and there were some specific things about the thermostat we preferred over the other option. Since October is a slower time for HVAC companies, they were able to schedule our installation for the next day. The installation crew was great. Casey, Daniel, & Kevin were constantly letting us know what was going on and regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with the installation. Alphonso worked hard in the background, lugging all the parts and equipment up and down the stairs. The new system was much longer than expected (roughly 25 feet end to end), and they were very accommodating about moving it all further into the attic and routing the ducts overhead so that we could recover floor space for storage. We really appreciated their willingness to work with us on the details rather than just making things easier for themselves. They set down fabric on the carpet, vacuumed at the end of the job, and generally tried to leave the place nicer than they found it. The owner, George, stopped by to check on his crew and spent more than an hour going over details with them. Seeing that level of hands-on involvement and attention to detail was very reassuring. Overall, we were impressed by the team's professionalism, communication, flexibility, and care for our home. No one wants to dump a bunch of money on HVAC, but the experience gave us confidence that we chose the right company.

Absolutely one of the most absent-minded, boneheaded, obvious mistakes you could make. I only noticed due to the smell of burning metal and smoke. This installation could of burned my house down, god forbid with my kids inside. Used this contractor to come and diagnose my issue. They had to return multiple times over the course of a few days to finally replace the condenser in my outdoor AC unit. The condenser they installed was done improperly, causing the connections/fittings to not fit properly. This caused my AC unit to turn into a block of ice in the middle of hot Texas weather. The fittings/connections from the condenser to the air handler was the wrong type, so they had to come back again. -- An analogy would be, if this was a mechanic shop and they were working on a Ford Truck, yet the manufacturer sent in a Volkswagen engine, rather than talking to the manufacturer to get the correct part sent, they just forcefully installed the Volkswagen engine into a different make/model of a car just to get the job done. This approached ended up causing more problems, money, and time wasted for all parties involved. A little due diligence can go a long way. When they returned, they told me the service visit was free of charge as it was their fault. Upon completing their visit, they had me pay $300 for the visit, even though they EXPLICITLY told me that it was a free service/diagnostic visit since the problem was never originally fixed, AND it was their fault. Normally, before any work gets done, the business tells you about the costs involved and has you sign off on it before they begin the work. This was not the case. They shocked me with a $300 bill that i had to retroactively get removed. More effort and time wasted on my end. This still did not fix the issue. After paying $1500 to Precision Comfort Home Services, my issue was still not resolved. After calling them back and explaining the situation, they then discovered the "real" problem about it being a leak within some piping. That would of been great to know prior to spending hours of my time and not to mention a great deal of money ($1500). When i asked what it would cost to actually fix my REAL PROBLEM, they quoted me again. I responded that I would shop around for a cheaper price, and found many other businesses willing to do the work for 15-25% less of what they quoted me. I asked if they could match the quote and was told "good luck". i am of the personal opinion that this is not how customer service should be handled. Mistakes happen, of course. But when it comes to my HOME and THOUSDANDS of dollars, I want to make sure i am giving my money to people who actually give a shit. Then, the audacity of the owner to text a customer passive aggressive threats at 11:00pm at night because he doesn't agree with a google review. Bad reviews happen from bad jobs. This is one of them. Get used to it and stop harassing customers late at night. Ryan Mudd the technician was wonderful and polite. I can't say the same for the rest of the team. I do not recommend this company at all. Edit: the screen shots maybe out of order but just look at the timestamps and it will tell you the whole story.

VERDICT: Yes, we were impressed and we didn't get gouged. We'll be signing a maintenance contract…read morewith WES when they return back to install a water safety switch. SUMMARY: Our former homeowner used Work Environmental and now we do too after a terrible experience w/ a company named Best 1 Air (B1A). BACKGROUND: Our 2nd A/C unit was cycling on and off. It was effectively non-op. We got a recommendation from a friend to go with B1A because we were a bit desperate to get it fixed asap and what a mistake. SHORT STORY: B1A was recommended to us and the tech came. He pulled at our condenser wire and the condenser stopped working. He turned to me and said "What happened???" and I said "YOU TELL ME". So literally this tech spent 3.5 hours sweating in our attics trying to figure out the problem. It became apparent that he was spending too much time trying to do things and he said he thought it was related to the circuit board and would need to come back a second time. To make matters worse, he left a mess. Gate was left open (cat almost got out), both attics were left open with the lights on, hose was not reeled in, and then he sat on our brand new dining room chair sweating through his pants. Like who does that? I also asked him to bill me for the work and he said he didn't even have invoices to fill out and give me. Seriously. After short discussion the next day w/ the wife, we elected to text him to not come back. We called Work Environmental and they sent TJ over. THE FIX WAS IN HIS HANDS TJ was extremely professional and courteous. I gave him the low down of what happened and after some short diagnosis he figured out within about 30 minutes that it was shorting. He went back to the condenser, looked at the wiring, and he ended up replacing the wiring. Pic attached. The wiring was so old that the wire sheathing and the protective sheath was rotted away. The wires were touching against each other and thus shorting itself. TJ replaced the wiring and was done in a little over an hour's time. Cost was the cost of the service call ($119). The other guy spent 3.5 hours and the cost was nearly $400. He did fill up our main condenser with 2lbs of freon, he said so deduct whatever the cost of that was. But the difference in expertise and professionalism is starkly night and day. The thing that makes us upset is that we believe the first tech from B1A might have not been honest with us. I mean literally I watched him pull at the wiring and the unit shut down in front of the both of us. Why he didn't spend more testing/diagnosis at that failure point is beyond me. Literally, it was in his hands. RETURN SERVICE? Yes. We appreciate the expertise, the professionalism, and the timeliness.

They claimed safety issues, pushed contracts in front of me, and scheduled installation for the next day. I tried to cancel but was told I was locked in. I ended up spending around $30,000. After the installation, every maintenance visit came with aggressive attempts to sell me more services I did not need. Then the new system failed in 106 degree heat. The compressor failed at only 16 months old. Communication was poor, and I was left without AC for about seven days. I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. They did not have the part, did not follow up, and someone finally arrived at 10:30 PM after days of waiting. They gave me a two year complimentary membership as compensation. I assumed the membership would end after the two free years. My card on file had expired, yet in May and June 2026 the company suddenly began charging me again. This suggests someone manually updated my card information without my permission. I never authorized a renewal, never received a renewal notice, and never received invoices for any charges. They refunded the charges I caught, but then claimed I owed $95.80 for four months of fees that were never billed and never agreed to. I asked for written confirmation of a zero balance and never received a direct response. They only responded to the BBB and stated the account was at zero. Based on my experience with both service and billing, I strongly recommend being cautious before using this company.
