My one experience with Undercover Canvas was about as bad as it gets. I had a bimini top that was coming apart and didn't fit replacement side and front panels that were poorly made by a different boat cover business in the area. Undercover looked at my boat the first week of March and said they would fix the problem. I had an extra bimini with side pieces that they took with them to move the process along. They guy told me I was coming to him at a good time to get this done. Over the next 2 months I would call them to ask about what had been done. The answer was the same. They hadn't started yet. I thought it was strange that they never asked me to bring my boat to them. Finally, in early May, I asked to bring it in. I told them I needed it done in 9 days. They said it would be done. After a week and a half and, still, nothing started, I took my boat back home. To make matters worse, some of the items I left with them had been lost. Eventually they were found and returned. But my anger and disgust was obvious. Nobody at Undercover would look me in the eye to give an explanation or apology. If you need any boat cover work done, don't go to Undercover Canvas. Your boat will sit and sit and sit. You will never see anything get done. This business deserves zero stars. read more
