Under a Mango tree is my husbands favorite. He goes every sunday for the Acai bowl and a smoothy. It's THE healthiest spot on the beach. Staff is great and the ambiance is very Local. Give it a try
I came here with my mom while she was visiting town. We both like to eat healthy and I had passed this place before and thought the ambiance was cute, so we gave it a try. Yum yum, we both enjoyed the food so much. I got a veggie patty an farro bowl with vegan cheese and homemade dressing. Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was really cute. My mom enjoyed her food, too. I loved how they had plants indoors and listed what they were doing to be sustainable. This place has such a high vibe! I loved it.
I love everything about Under the Mango Tree! It's such a cute and cozy spot. I love coming here anytime I'm in Miami Beach. I ordered the açaí bowl which was delicious! The service is also great and all the staff are really friendly. Great vibes overall!
Angie recommended the brownie and a vanilla cinnamon coffee with oat milk. I gotta say, the coffee was excellent, but I ended up eating the brownie before I could even try it. The brownie was delicious, and the coffee definitely lived up to the recommendation once I got around to it. I definitely recommend both items. The brownie is vegan, so expect a slightly different flavor profile than a traditional store bought brownie, but it was still very enjoyable.
I love everything about this cozy, shaded, and adorable cafe serving up delicious healthy vegan food to the sounds of Bob Marley. Although it's small, they are creative with the seating and have made good use of the space and also have tables outside with umbrellas. They have a restroom that is clean. The service is very friendly and they are happy to answer questions or make suggestions. They are also patient and you don't feel rushed trying to decide what to order. I recommend taking a look at their menu online first to give you an idea of what you would like to order then when you arrive in person view the special board before making a final decision. All ingredients are fresh and beautifully presented. Also reasonably priced for the quality of food you're receiving. Parking is paid street and somewhat difficult to find on a busy day but you should find something in walking distance. If you live close by you'll want to walk or rideshare. This visit I had the turmeric latte which is so yummy, the ingredients are perfect and the consistency is very creamy. I also had the papaya special, I think it was served with chocolate nibs and agave. A very filling and satisfying breakfast that was beautiful. You will not regret stopping by and supporting this small business.
This place resembles a combo of a yoga spot + reading space + smoothie spot + hipster space. It's cozy, and the employees are friendly. I had the Easy Pineapple smoothie ($11 for the larger cup) and it was really delicious. It was light, as pure as I like my smoothies (no extra things added other than fruit), and contained pineapple, mango, and coconut nectar. Will definitely be back again!
This place hands down has some of the best smoothie bowls in Miami. The açaí is very fresh and not overly sweet. The granola is homemade and not too crunchy or hard. The same goes for the almond butter which is clearly homemade. Everything altogether was great and this is a stop I will absolutely make again.
I absolutely loved this spot. It gives every zen vibe imaginable and they are focused on sustainability in every way. Everything on the menu is healthy. I ordered the chia pudding with fruit and my friend had their avocado toast with pistachios. We split their choco donut and apple muffin as well. Bear in mind everything here is vegan (just in case that's a no-go for you). The donut was yummy but the muffin lacked the crumble that a regular apple muffin might have. We both loved our coffee selections - she had a regular latte and I had one of their specialty lattes that had tumeric in it (a little bit of a kick but nothing crazy). I'd try one of their smoothies next time. Check this place out!
Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10 In a sea of overpriced, salty + fried food that panders to tourists, I am SO glad this spot exists in Miami Beach. It's healthy, organic, and reasonably priced for the quality of food offered. The tumeric latte + summer lentil bowl are both DI-VINE. The tumeric latte is very ginger-forward + has a fruity pebble-like aftertaste. The bowl is just bomb. Period. My husband isn't a fan of vegan food, and he inhaled his party Sammie. The staff were pleasant, helpful and very patient with me as I asked a million questions about their menu. The space is small, but immaculately designed in am organic boho aesthetic that's warm + inviting. This place is a MUST if you value your health while visiting Miami Beach!
If you're looking for a healthy café that's not some trendy chain, Under the Mango Tree is the perfect place. First of all, you must try the Superfood Frap. It is chock-full of goodness and is absolutely delicious. It's a unique drink that you cannot find anywhere else. I also recommend sampling one of their acai bowls. These are also brimming with good-for-you ingredients, which leaves you free to enjoy the amazing flavor. I tried the Super Cali Ali and subbed the gluten-free date nut crumble for the granola (so glad they have that option). The restaurant has a homey, community feel. They even have pictures of local, adaptable pets on the wall. This is a true neighborhood spot.
Hands down the best Italian food in Dallas! il Bracco serves up incredible homemade pasta, an amazing Italian wine list, and has the perfect cozy, upscale vibe. The service is top-notch, and every meal here is unforgettable. If you're in Dallas and craving authentic Italian, this is your spot!

Stopped by @underthemangotreemiami (an all-vegan spot) for a wonderful lunch - rainbow roll, tacos, patty sandwich, spicy lentil empanadas, and various desserts for later. Service was great and quick. The vibe was beachy, clean, and botanical. We loved everything about it!

Always great service and yummy food. I think it's pretty chill inside as well, nice palm tree Miami vibe. They also have some decent outside seating as well. The only thing I could say negatively is that it's small and feels cramped since it's always busy. Don't hesitate to try it out. read more

The best açaí bowls in Miami Beach! The freshest fruits! The have a local pantry where you can get fresh nuts, oats, granola, and more. Always stop here once a week before work or with the friends on the weekend! Worth the visit. Street parking on meridian! read more

Really good smoothie bowls here! Reminded me a lot of smoothies in Hawaii! We had the dragonfruit bowl and the mango smoothie, both were delicious and tasted super fresh. Definitely a great spot to hit before/after the beach. read more

A very neat cafe! The staff is very friendly. And the menu is amazing! I got a pink dragon smoothie made of dragon fruit, banana and apple juice. I love love the simple decor and vibe of the place. They local art and holistic body, Heath and skincare as well. Was a very pleasant visit during my mini trip to south beach. read more
Absolutely love this small cafe! They sell herbal oils as well. I love their vegan veggie melt and açaí bowl. There were many Brazilians in the cafe and I was advised by a Brazilian to go here for their açaí bowl. Service is quick and everything is organic and delicious. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely excellent! I got a vegan sandwich melt and a smoothie. Very quaint and beautifully hidden location (or gem as they say!) Really cute shop, awesome options and a really comfortable atmosphere. It felt like I was in another world a serene one. When I went there, they were closing in the next 30 minutes; but even though, the girl that was there was so nice and inviting, she catered to my every need. When a group of people came in after she closed she allowed them to get Acai bowls, with no complaints The vegan sandwich (replaced the cheese with non dairy cheese) was a little small for my taste tbh (I hoped to take half home but that would have never happened lol) It is right close to sb Miami so thats to be expected. This is a cozy coffee shop with an organic and homey feel in South Beach. For such a small space, I was very impressed with how much seating there was available! There's nothing corporate or stuffy in here, every item of decor and design was obviously hand picked and thought out. Many furniture pieces are clearly "up cycled" and the most matched look makes you feel like you're on your friends back porch. I was really pleased with the flavor and temperature of my latte, but it was much smaller than I expected (for the price, almost $6). They sell a few grocery items here as well if you're local. Taking into consideration paying for parking (street parking), I wouldn't say this is a good spot or value for a quick cup of coffee; however, if you're looking for a social cup of coffee with a friend this would be an excellent choice. read more
My absolute weakness is a smoothie bowl. Needless to say I had to visit under the mango tree during my visit to Miami. I custom made my pitaya bowl with nuts and seeds instead of regular granola and banana on top instead of the pineapple topping. I've had my fair share of açaí and pitaya bowls in NY/NJ but this was something else. It wasn't overly sweet and you could taste the freshness in all of the ingredients. Even the coffee was really good and the nut milk really added to the flavor. Would definitely come back here next time I'm in town. read more

The best and healthiest mom&pop shop in Miami. I've been coming here all throughout my visit, never disappoint. Everything on that board menu is amazing. Food and drinks are unbelievably delicious. You will feel very full and still feel light, it's like your body just absorbs all the goodness that this place has to offer. It does gets pretty busy and wait might take a while, but I assure you it's worth the wait. Counter staff's are very friendly. Great aesthetics inside the restaurant. read more

Açaí goals. I've had açaí bowls before and have even made them for myself regularly for breakfast; thus, prior to this bowl I'll admit I was skeptical of places that boast this almost too basic n boujee Miami dish. But ultra smooth and more generously sweetened, their açaí base has a luxurious mouth feel and refreshing flavor. I got the Superfood Bowl (Raw acai blended with banana, spirulina and maca. Topped with granola, sliced banana, coconut shavings, goji berries and local honey. $12.95) and shared the Spicy Kale Melt (Avocado slices, tomato, kale, cayenne pepper, melted mozzarella on dark bread. $5.75) for that balance of savory. Would highly recommend both. Bonus, it's only a short stroll to the beach and they have a real mango tree inside.. nuff said about ambiance. Hope to be back soon! read more

Ventured Under the Mango Tree in Miami Beach this year after picking up bib registrations for the Miami Marathon- It seemed small and uninviting from the outside so I figured it was just a little hole in the wall type vegan spot. Well I wasn't far off from being just a little hole in the wall- but cute is definitely an understatement here. This place has quite the personality and the food is most importantly crafted fresh and packed with flavor! The menu is divided by bowls, melts, shots, coffee, smoothies and juices- with options to add-on as needed. It's a slightly limited menu unless you order a bowl or a smoothie- which they have about 6 bowl options to choose from and 10 different smoothies. I ordered a bowl, a Choco-Loco smoothie and a Veggie Melt- all of which were phenomenal. Seating is limited inside so you can take your items to go but it's so much nicer looking when it's plated. It's a hit with the locals, the naturals and the healthnuts so be ready to wait around if they're busy- but you can always stroll into the little market in the back selling specialized items and natural products to kill time. Don't be discouraged by the wait, the parking or the rumblings in your tummy...you'll leave satisfied and wanting more.- Trust me. read more

Last Friday, my friends and I decided to go to the beach early in the morning since we live in Miami, literally the city where everyone and their mothers come for vacation and to soak up the sunshine. After spending time at the beach and helping one of my friends find some hidden trash and treasures in the sand using his metal detector, we decided to grab a bite. The friend suggested "Under the Mango Tree." I automatically assumed that it was going to be expensive because it's on Miami Beach, but when I looked on their Yelp page, I was more open to the idea. The outside of the little hole-in-the-wall restaurant is really cute, looked like an office or someone's porch. Anyhow, once we entered, we were surprised at how small the place was. We squeezed in to the counter area. The menu was full of options. I wanted to try one of the bowls but I wasn't too hungry, so I ordered the Marley drink, which was almond milk, banana, peanut butter, and spinach I think. My friends ordered the veggie melt sandwiches, Dragonfruit bowl, and some other drinks. I wanted to tip on the card but they don't accept that, so hopefully they change that soon. That way people can tip when paying with cards. I thought that the prices were pretty high, but everything is prepared fresh, so I guess that's alright. We couldn't find anywhere to sit since there were barely any seats. This lady claimed a whole corner section to herself just using her laptop at the moment. Three customers in the back room were taking up the whole bench area just chatting. I politely asked them if we can join them, then they scooted over. There should be signs that says seats are for customers who are currently eating and/or drinking. Otherwise, there are no seats inside. We sat down and waited. Soon, one of the employees started bringing our orders. Marley was amazing, I am so glad I ordered that because it hit the spot. The drink was refreshing and perfect for the hot day. I had a bite of my friend's veggie melt and it was delicious. I also tried his Dragonfruit bowl and it was out of this world! It was my first time trying that combination of ingredients and I felt like I could eat it everyday. The dragonfruit purée (or whatever it's called) was sweet, the granola pieces gave the dish crunchy texture, and the other fruits were good as well. I definitely recommend this place but don't expect to have a spot to sit. By the way, parking in the residential area is free on weekdays between 7am and 6pm, so you can just park nearby and walk to Under the Mango Tree. read more

Got the classic açaí bowl here and it was amazing. First time ever having one of these and it reached my expectations. The fruit was fresh. The açaí was perfectly mixed. It did take a while for the food to be prepared but understandable since it seems they put a lot of effort into ensuring the food was good. They didn't have much option as far as the coffee goes but they mix it in with these other drinks that apparently are very good. The only issue is the janky lock on the bathroom door. It could use a fixing. Also, the tree in the way as soon as walking into the door. It could be trimmed back a little. Aside from that, food was great. Would return for sure. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount in the bowl. We couldn't even finish it all! read more

Under the Mango Tree was my favorite eatery in Miami Beach. The staff was so nice and was happy to answer any questions we had about the menu offerings. The store is clean and has an awesome vibe, and they're committed to helping the environment and promoting overall clean eating and living. I had the cinnamon vanilla latte and I honestly wish I could drink it every single day, it was so good. I also got the detox acai bowl, which was fantastic. I've never seen more acai bowl options anywhere else-- they probably had 7 or 8 different kinds on the menu and there are so many ingredients you can add on as well. I recommend this place highly, not just for the food, but for the overall vibe and mission of the place. read more
