A tree on my front lawn split in half and felt on top of my back windshield, shattering it completely. I called multiple companies around the Houston area, and this windshield repair service beat the others by AT LEAST $20. I had the pleasure of talking with Michael who made sure to update me all the way through the process of fixing my windshield, from picking it up from the warehouse, double checking appointments, and to meeting up with me. I asked through Yelp for bids for replacing our Jeep windshield. Uncrack'd was the lowest bid, so I contacted them to arrange for the service. Spoke directly with Michael, who I assume is the owner, and he was most pleasant and helpful. He himself came to our house with his assistant and performed the service. We had scheduled a time, and not only was he early, but he called to see if arriving early was okay (when was the last time you got that kind of service on a home appointment?) - his communication was wonderful.
