Other companies may advertise as being cheaper for truck rentals, until you dig into the hidden fine print and cost charged per mile. We were charged for the entire day. Then Brian (manager) called me on Friday and said it was due back by 8 am on Saturday. We returned it at 10:30 (Enterprise is closed on Saturday). We also received a text saying to bring it back by Saturday at 8am. Not real happy with the service- they are always scattered, the parking lot is too small, and I was not even sure I was going to get the SUV until we actually picked it up. Only one person working. I would recommend Turnersville or Somerdal locations.

He was extremely professional, understanding and mannerly, unlike the location at 6 Marlton pike who treat customers like crap. I would give him a 10 star if I could.. Fantastic guy

But I reserved a car several weeks in advance, only to find upon arrival that they did not have a car for me! Apparently, they had called an hour before but I didn't get the call-- regardless, an hour is not sufficient notice. Clearly, they had not planned ahead. I complained to Hertz, too, and was offered nothing as compensation. Don't risk ruining your plans with these imbeciles!!

This year we were a little slow to bring it and didn't get to it until a few days ago. Fully expecting to get it back after the holidays and thanking goodness that there is no snow in the forecast this week or next we were nonetheless extremely surprised and very appreciative to receive a call just two days later from John telling us that the work was completed and that for a small fee he would deliver the snowblower rather than have us come and pick it back up. And this is just a few days before Christmas! No more delaying the 5 star review. The quality of work, the level of customer service, and the always pleasant demeanor of John and his staff are just above and beyond. A rare find these days. Thanks John!!!

The Ritz Auto Spa *WAS* a nice business. It has now been acquired by a new owner…read more This review is about my experience at The Ritz Auto Spa. They had excellent customer service. Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

Soooo disappointed that Ritz Auto Spa was bought out by the Speeders chain…read more I went to the Voorhees, NJ location yesterday to get my free wash (full punch card) and found out about all the changes. They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.
