Dylan from Corporate reached out personally to assure me I was a valued customer and that they'd be working behind the scenes to drive a proper resolution. That outreach immediately reset the tone. Shop Manager Ron walked me through the diagnosis in detail, and Service Manager Brandan along with mechanic Joe were hands-on in identifying and correcting the issue after test driving the car with me. I'm thrilled to report the repair now feels absolutely dialed in. Ride and handling are fully restored -- and at 161K miles, the car drives as good, if not better, than when I bought it at 16K. That's no small feat. Kudos to the mechanics for truly knocking this one out of the park. By the time everything was fixed it was an hour before I needed to be picked up! No sweat from Enterprise. They had someone there within 5 minutes of me arriving at Collision Max. For a Thursday afternoon, the place was packed, but I had my own personal customer service liaison within about 10 minutes. She was super accommodating, friendly, and personable. Because my of my incompetent insurance company, I did not have the luxury of making a reservation to request the car of my choice. My liaison helped me walk around and choose a car all the while asking what I would prefer. She even took me to "the back" to see if anything came through. When a white Mustang pulled in she literally ran over to it to ask if it was already reserved. Of course it was. I ended up with what she called a "fully loaded" mini van. I chose a mini van because I have a 10 year old only child who never rides in a mini van. She was going crazy at the thought of choosing to ride in the 6 different seats. The car did smell like smoke a bit and she offered to take it to the back to get it deodorized, but I just offered to open the windows since I saw their car wash had a long line. The mini van was definitely not fully loaded IMO but maybe that's my car is brand new so I'm used to all of the bells and whistles. When my own car was finished at Collision Max, I simply dropped the car and keys off, grabbed my car and was on my way!

No big deal. So friendly. It made me think back to the day I got the car. They sent someone to pick me up so I didn't have to take the bus with my injuries. The guy that picked me up answered all my questions about the different rentals he deals with, because my car was totaled and I need to replace it. He suggested I buy from Enterprise. I'm I. The process now. Listening to the team work together was awesome and when one of the men had to go out the woman there said "ok bye friend" WOW great team!!! Enterprise from now on.
