Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. Let's be honest, car rental places are always one of those places where it can either be really good or really bad... and very little margin in between. So with that out of the way, I've had nothing but really good experiences with this Enterprise in the ~5 times I've been here. I appreciate how when I online reserve my car at this location, they don't do the song-and-dance again trying to get me to buy every little thing, but they just follow what I selected in my online reservation. I appreciate how when they don't have my ordered car size, they always make it right or upgrade me for free without fuss. And I appreciate how to date, knock on wood, what they say is what I get in terms of fees, and no surprises come out of it. This location has been incredibly helpful during my trip to NJ. I left DC with a hybrid which totally trusted the life out of me because I couldn't even tell when the car was on! I thought, the thing was broke. So they put me in a truck which I fell in love with and eventually a nicer car! I have previously rented from this location when I lived in the area and they have always been great at every aspect of customer service and take pride in the work they do! My company 9/10 uses enterprise and I will continue to use them as long as they keep being amazing! read more

The overall experience was great: the staff are easy to talk to, the car was great and we had no problems... Except for two: we were unaware that to rent a car we needed a CREDIT card, not a DEBIT card that had $400 available on it. Now, had we not been on vacation this would have been fine, or had we been given any prior notice that would have been not an issue. This information would have been great to know at check out. Or if they had emailed me with it. They had said they called, but that didn't go through so they said "oh well" and just waited. Hence the -1 star. Other than that little mishap, like I said, everything was wonderful. Will definitely be renting from Enterprise again. read more

I used this Enterprise location when I was visiting a friend close by and needed to rent a car to visit someone else over an hour away. Booking the car online was pretty simple and I used Discover deals to get a free upgrade. Picking up the car and dropping off the vehicle was an easy process. What really makes me give a 5 star rating is how helpful they were when I forgot my credit card in the car. They were able to find it after I turned in the car. They did it right in time so that I wouldn't miss my flight. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that was helping me, he was very personable and professional. Another guy that was there, was the opposite: he completely ignored me and didn't deal with other clients in the order that they came in the door. I would definitely use this location again next time I'm visiting. read more

Skip this one - the women who run it are curt and rude TIMES-10! I tried 3 times to pickup a car here (no reservation) and each time, they acted like it was a major inconvenience and told me it would be 1.5 hour wait (!!!!!) & to come back. (NO THANKS!) I goto the OTHER ENTERPRISE SITE a few miles further up the pike IN TURNERSVILLE and ALWAYS GET FAST EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY assistance. Takes me 10minutes to get in a car and go **AGAIN WITHOUT A RESERVATION**. I've rented apx 12 times in the last 4 months and only ONE time did the Turnersville site not have a vehicle when I had no reservation. They are always accommodating & quick & most importantly COURTEOUS! Williamstown Enterprise better get retrained if they want to stay in business. read more

Save yourself the time and head down the street (unless Frank is the manager there as well then go somewhere else). I get to enterprise and Frank is on the phone. He's on the phone for about 10 minutes before he looks my way. Finally he gets off the phone then what? He picks it up and makes another phone call! About another 10 minutes passes by before he comes to the counter to attend to me. At this point I am highly annoyed but trying to my maintain my cool. He takes my license and credit card then... Gets on the phone again!!! His cell phone at that! In my face! Talking, yapping his gums without a care in the world (there is another customer in the office at this time as well). Finally he gets off the phone about 8 minutes this time and says "your car is on its way." ON ITS WAY? Are you serious?! I tell him forget the whole thing because at this point I am pissed and don't even want to give him a cent. I walk out. But then walk back in because he should know how rude he's been. I basically tell him he has zero customer service. And he's like "well you were supposed to be here at 1:30." It's now 2 o'clock. I ask him did he have a car then, he says no. So I tell him it's completely irrelevant to the convo and that's he's disrespectful of my time and has no customer service. He apologizes insincerely a couple of times and I leave, because my mom was with me and she seemed like she was going to explode in any minute. Go somewhere else. read more

If I could list as no stars I would. Liars and petty thieves. I used them ten years ago and was ripped off. My insurance company recommended them so I rented from them again. Glad to see they have not changed, they are still rip off artists. Save a lot of money and aggravation, go to Hertz. This company should not be in business and certainly not allowed to have your credit card number. If you do use them don't let them von you into all their ungodly extra insurance surcharges, of course, that is if you don't take safe advice. read more

I was given a rental car to hold me over while new car was in the shop with a fuel leak. The service and personality of the attendants and other people working at this particular rental location was exceptional. I wish I had some flexibility in what I wanted to rent, I was given a muscle car and I have a family, but it was a busy week and they only had one choice for me. I loved the convenience of enterprise, the service, and the car was still fun. It could have had a wash before it was given to me, but its ok I realize that there isn't always time to wash the car before the next person needs it. read more
