It was pretty simple to rent a car and the service was great, but the car I received was not nice. Not sure of the year, but it was a Ford Focus. It was dirty of the outside, smelled funny inside, semi dirty inside and just not what I expected to get. I understand as a last min. rental you get what you get, but I just think it was unacceptable. I have gone to other car rentals where the cars are extremely clean and nice.

Not here. The office is tastefully put together, the cars are newer and in great condition, and Mike himself has a disarming charm and easy smile that makes you feel you could chill and crack open a cold one with him. Not to mention, his rates are among the best I've ever seen. I plan on being a customer for a long while.

I was to get a call when the insurance would no longer cover the rental. I got a call on Friday stating that Monday is the last day the insurance would cover. I made sure to call back to confirm, I spoke to Katie and she confirmed yes, Monday. I get a call 3 days later and now I owe a bill for Monday. Why? The communication is terrible and not explained properly if it's Monday that is the last day of coverage then I am good, correct? Tell me Sunday if that's the case so that I am not billed for Monday. What a scam. I would never recommend coming to this place, a bunch of poor communicators who are scammers and don't care.

I was met by John behind the counter. I anticipated problems, none here. John made some friendly comfortable small talk as we dealt with the problem. There were a couple of issues to deal with.... No big deal. So friendly. It made me think back to the day I got the car. They sent someone to pick me up so I didn't have to take the bus with my injuries. The guy that picked me up answered all my questions about the different rentals he deals with, because my car was totaled and I need to replace it. He suggested I buy from Enterprise. I'm I. The process now. Listening to the team work together was awesome and when one of the men had to go out the woman there said "ok bye friend" WOW great team!!! Enterprise from now on.
