The car I rented was a brand new full size vehicle...it was a beautiful car and his prices were the most reasonable I've ever seen (with no hidden fees) they have a great selection and quality of vehicles to meet all different types of needs....Pickup and drop-off were so easy and efficient, with no waiting time. The excellent customer service and high-quality vehicle were greatly appreciated. Easy to get to since it's inside 30th Street Station…read more I'm an Emerald Club member so by the time I arrived, they'd already printed out my contract and had a car ready for me. I was upgraded to a Toyota Avalon (PCAR) at no charge (originally reserved an intermediate [ICAR]). Amtrak's doing some work on the garage where the rentals used to be stored so it's a bit of a hike to get to the lot. Cross over to the Cira Center building and take the elevator downstairs. It's an open lot so it will suck if it's raining or snowing. Be sure you get a ticket from the counter so you can get out of the lot...lol. I couldn't find the car and kept hitting the lock button...lol. One of the greeters helped me find it after showing him my contract...he knew exactly which space it was in since he had parked it...lol. The return process was easy too. The greeters can check you in on their handheld computers, so most of the time they will just check the mileage and gas, confirm the credit card you want to use, and then print a receipt so you can be on your way.

Avoid this car rental. I went through a $4 dollar toll that had no cash stop, and I messaged him…read morestating I have a ezpass but I forgot to bring it so when the toll charge comes in the mail we can take care of any extra fees because I do have an ezpass. Fast forward to when the bill comes it's for $55! I messaged him and like the whole trip his responded super fast and respectfully. He said yeah that's what he was charged and he couldn't do anything. So I said I'll call ezpass and they'll take care of the extra charges like they always do. The ezpass company said I needed the appeal paperwork signed and have a picture sent to me so I can fill out and appeal. The once super fast responder when ghost. After like 2-3 days he tells me "he has to look for it" and tells me to call the app I used to book. After pleading with him he states "I'm done with this issue you ran through the toll deal with it" long story short don't deal with this type of unprofessional uncaring owner. Only looking out for himself and has the nerve to say "all this over $50?" lol as if he had to charge me the extra $50. Hope more ppl realize this and stop renting.
