Not here. The office is tastefully put together, the cars are newer and in great condition, and Mike himself has a disarming charm and easy smile that makes you feel you could chill and crack open a cold one with him. Not to mention, his rates are among the best I've ever seen. I plan on being a customer for a long while.

But I reserved a car several weeks in advance, only to find upon arrival that they did not have a car for me! Apparently, they had called an hour before but I didn't get the call-- regardless, an hour is not sufficient notice. Clearly, they had not planned ahead. I complained to Hertz, too, and was offered nothing as compensation. Don't risk ruining your plans with these imbeciles!!

This year we were a little slow to bring it and didn't get to it until a few days ago. Fully expecting to get it back after the holidays and thanking goodness that there is no snow in the forecast this week or next we were nonetheless extremely surprised and very appreciative to receive a call just two days later from John telling us that the work was completed and that for a small fee he would deliver the snowblower rather than have us come and pick it back up. They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.
