The menu, pricing, and logistics were all agreed upon, and we were relying on them for a major part of the event. Very last minute--close enough to the wedding that it left us scrambling--they backed out without a real solution or adequate support to help us replace the service. For an event of this size and importance, that level of unreliability is unacceptable. There was no sense of accountability or urgency in helping us fix the situation they created. It put a lot of unnecessary stress on what should have been a special day. I would not recommend them for any event where dependability actually matters.
