These fries were made to order and served piping hot, with a perfect delicate crispness that held up beautifully under the generous toppings. The meat was tender, flavorful, and clearly slow-cooked with care. Every bite was better than the last -- honestly, it was even better than I expected. The food truck itself was impressively clean and smelled incredible from the mix of barbecue and fried goodness wafting out. The very beautiful woman taking orders had such a kind, pleasant face that she instantly brightened my day. And major kudos to the cook -- whoever's running the grill is an absolute star.
