The shop space is a little whimsical but overall warm, bright, and inviting. Parking is on the streets nearby since the shop doesn't have its own, and this makes sense because they are located between residential and business areas of town. About the green tea, as much as I welcome a lemon wedge in my water cup, I could really do without it in my boba tea. But it came with the tea, so there was no getting around the lemon 'contamination.' They apparently have small boba which is fine although I generally prefer bigger boba, and theirs was at least not overcooked and sweetened. I'd consider going back, but I'll say a hard no to lemon in my boba tea.

Quick service from helpful + patient + friendly staff. Although, it really did bother me how he didn't even offer a takeout box for the egg tarts unlike the LIC location. He just decided to wrap each of them up in individual paper bags. Later on, I learn that I have to ask for a box upon request. But, what's the use for a box now after they've been already wrapped in paper bags? I was 100% sure that both egg tarts would've been squished/squashed and mushy after getting home since not being placed in a box instead. And sure enough, I was absolutely correct. Thank goodness I haven't decided to gift these to my neighbors. By the time I'd gotten home, they were squished and one of them was torn in the middle. Took a bite out of an egg tart. It was very greasy and only tasted alright. Especially the fact that the whole thing fell apart when trying to pick it up. Yaaas Tea also doesn't provide any disposable utensils (no forks and no spoons). Not sure if they've any wet wipes either. I wish they would've disposable plastic gloves even if there're no utensils. Overall, I think the food influencers have been overhyping these egg tarts a little bit too much imo on social media.

The spicy tuna was my favorite hands down yet warning there was lots of wasabi in it! I liked it! The inside of the store was tiny and had a bench so I recommend taking it to gom. The guy working there was friendly and made our food pretty much as soon as he was done with the last order. The only thing that I felt bad was that the guy was working there without air conditioning. That might also affect people staying to eat in spite of the small space. Otherwise the onigiri was so good that I would totally return. I would go back and grab drinks and onigiri to go anytime!

The fruits on top did not taste fresh, which made the whole bowl hard to enjoy. On top of that, my order was incorrect--they added almond butter even though I didn't ask for it. When I pointed it out, the service was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for a replacement bowl, but the manager refused to correct the mistake. To make things worse, I also felt like I was being overcharged for the order. Overall, the quality of the food did not match the price, and the customer service was honestly the worst part of the experience. I won't be coming back. Do not buy acai bowls here you will definitely be disappointed and the manager is not a smart businessman. I will mention to everyone I know to never go here. Eating healthy is really important to me, and I especially appreciate that their smoothies are made with fresh ingredients right in front of you, without the unnecessary added sugar you find at so many other smoothie places. My regular order is the Mr. Hulk smoothie, which has no added sugar and is packed with healthy ingredients but still actually tastes good! I've tried plenty of "healthy" smoothies elsewhere that end up tasting bitter or just aren't enjoyable, so I love that I've found something here that I genuinely look forward to drinking. A special shoutout to Lety, who has been incredibly warm and friendly every single time I've come in. Her customer service is honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back. I also really appreciate that if an ingredient isn't fresh or ripe enough that day, she'll let me know rather than simply using it anyway. The almond butter mixed in the acai mix was a game changer. It was $9 in total - the size is smaller than other places but very filling!! Will become a regular customer!!!
