Sad, awful experience with staff. Complete medical neglect an an attitude that there's nothing I can do about it anyway. They really abuse their position of trust.

The level of incompetence throughout the staff is ridiculous. I had braces taken off a year ago and since have been consistent with my retainer. I needed a crown and explained to the dr my apprehension regarding getting a new one. I mentioned that I was worried it would not be exact and/or could change my bite. He said there was nothing to worry about. The day of, the dental assistant left me with a nub of a temporary crown because I asked her to fix it since I needed my retainer to fit. She didn't care to discuss it with me and gave me attitude when I asked her to fix it. When I got my crown I was numbed so I couldn't tell how well it fit. My bite felt off but the doctor said it was fine. I went to my orthodontist who said the crown was too low and needed to be replaced but they reached out to the dentist on my behalf. Annoyingly so, I had to follow up with the dentist because the office manager never reached out, admitted she received the email, requested I get it sent again due to her own negligence and still explain what was wrong. She made me wait an additional week because she needed to check with the dr. After getting the crown re-evaluated the dentist said there was nothing wrong with the crown, my teeth moved and therefore the front tooth needed to be shaved. Shaving my tooth would absolutely affect the dental work I had already paid 6k for, so there was no way. If you want detailed work done right, competent staff who is willing to provide a good experience and ensure that you leave happy, do not come here. I feel bad for anyone getting any major dental work done here because you'll probably end up having to get it fixed somewhere else.

I said I was referred to this clinic and was trying to make an appointment, they said, "One moment." A moment is 90 seconds, I was on hold for over 10 minutes before the call was pushed to another receptionist. Turns out, it was the same guy I spoke with back in February, letting me know the same spiel, they don't have appts available for another 6 months out, so I made the appt for an exam for January. I asked about the emergency walkins that he spoke about back in Feb and he confirmed that is no longer their process. He said, "If you have a dental emergency, you can come in and wait in our office from 8am-12:30pm Mon-Thu. If someone no-shows you'll be seen."

I felt that it was pretty sketchy that the dentist wouldn't allow me to observe, especially as he hadn't come out to meet me or anything- so my kids are in a room with some stranger who refuses to allow me in. He told me I had "several cavities" and offered to do the work, for several thousand dollars. Since his office was not convenient, I went to Dr. Mark Riedler on Ohio instead. Dr. Riedler informed me I had no cavities, did a cleaning, and sent me on my way. Interesting.

We both had Invisalign treatment here, and Dr. Kim made important adjustments along the way that ensured excellent results for each of us. In my case, she patiently worked through a stubborn lower tooth and suggested a permanent retainer for several of my lower teeth -- it's comfortable and very effective. After decades of struggling with jaw clenching that caused severe pain, headaches, and excessive wear on my teeth, Dr. Kim asked if I'd like to try Botox treatment for it. She clearly described what to expect, and I decided to give it a try. For over a year now, the clenching has been in complete remission. The pain relief has been life-changing, and the stress on my teeth has dropped to normal. The office itself is spotless, comfortable, and thoroughly modern. They use digital X-rays, digital intraoral scanning in place of the old putty impression trays, and ceramic crowns that are designed and milled in-house, so a crown is done in a single visit.
