Very bad experience. When he realized I didn't have great dental insurane he wouldn't treat me at…read moreall - not even for an antibiotic before a major holiday. He had staff call back and tell me even if he could squeeze me in and assess, he would refuse to prescribe an antibiotic for my tooth infection, even though I'm an established patient, he blamed concern about my other medications, which haven't changed since last time I saw him, when he prescribed an antibiotic. Sad, awful experience with staff. Complete medical neglect an an attitude that there's nothing I can do about it anyway. They really abuse their position of trust.

Do not come here. This office had much better quality of service and care in the past but within…read morethe past couple of years it's dwindled to non-existent. The level of incompetence throughout the staff is ridiculous. I had braces taken off a year ago and since have been consistent with my retainer. I needed a crown and explained to the dr my apprehension regarding getting a new one. I mentioned that I was worried it would not be exact and/or could change my bite. He said there was nothing to worry about. The day of, the dental assistant left me with a nub of a temporary crown because I asked her to fix it since I needed my retainer to fit. She didn't care to discuss it with me and gave me attitude when I asked her to fix it. When I got my crown I was numbed so I couldn't tell how well it fit. My bite felt off but the doctor said it was fine. I went to my orthodontist who said the crown was too low and needed to be replaced but they reached out to the dentist on my behalf. Annoyingly so, I had to follow up with the dentist because the office manager never reached out, admitted she received the email, requested I get it sent again due to her own negligence and still explain what was wrong. She made me wait an additional week because she needed to check with the dr. After getting the crown re-evaluated the dentist said there was nothing wrong with the crown, my teeth moved and therefore the front tooth needed to be shaved. Shaving my tooth would absolutely affect the dental work I had already paid 6k for, so there was no way. If you want detailed work done right, competent staff who is willing to provide a good experience and ensure that you leave happy, do not come here. I feel bad for anyone getting any major dental work done here because you'll probably end up having to get it fixed somewhere else.

They do cosmetic dentistry as well. Very efficient service and friendly even though I don't speak Spanish they treated me with respect and were very gracious. Even though my appointment was at 11:30am they had me wait over an hour to bring me to the back. This is where I discovered the back area of the office where patients are seen is like an older house, the small homely examination room where I was led into looked more like a small bedroom room that was adorned with antiquated low tech equipment that seemed to come from the 70s. I honestly reevaluated my decision coming there at that moment. Once I was seen I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and to do that they needed to perform an X-ray but couldn't because their machined was being "serviced", I was instructed to make another appointment with the receptionist. You mean the Dentist "knew" I was coming in for a cleaning yet and knew he needed to X-Ray me. So I took a day off work in vain to come in sit for over an hour and then they have the audacity to tell me their equipment is broken! If the equipment was broken, then call your patients and reschedule before they spend time in their day to come in. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in a Dentist Office. Safe to say I cancelled any future appointments.
