Dr. Moung (sp?), the original owner, is THE sweetest, most soft-spoken, and kind professional I've EVER met! He was my dentist almost six years ago, until he semi-retired. Afterward, every time I was in the office, he stopped to say hello and check in on me. So special! Dr. Ruiz is amazing! He's only satisfied with perfection in his work, has a gentle touch, and is constantly checking on the patient. Even the staff say they prefer Dr. Ruiz to give them the novocaine shot! The dental staff is incredible as well. They show personal interest in each patient, remembering details from one visit to the next. The office staff handle everything with a smile and provide superior customer service, especially dealing with and explaining the insurance details. As most medical offices experience, when some patients are late, it often backs up others (I've been guilty a few times). That said, I'm usually there longer than expected for services so I plan accordingly. I wish my husband's dental network included them because I'd still go there. They've been really good to and for us!

Sad, awful experience with staff. Complete medical neglect an an attitude that there's nothing I can do about it anyway. They really abuse their position of trust.

Despite my anxiousness Dr. Prakash was very comforting to talk to and constantly made sure to ask me if I had any questions about anything and I definitely felt I was in great hands under her care. I told him that I had always been allowed to be in the room during exams at every other dentist we had been to, he said that I could either wait in the waiting room and he would consult with me after the exam, or we could leave. I chose to leave. I felt that it was pretty sketchy that the dentist wouldn't allow me to observe, especially as he hadn't come out to meet me or anything- so my kids are in a room with some stranger who refuses to allow me in. He was also late getting into the office for the appointment, which also seemed kind of sketchy.

They also would not give me back my paper work with all of my personal information on it. I typically HATE dental offices of any kind and get massive anxiety. I was quite literally shaking…read morein fear on the drive to the clinic. Here is a detailed review if you have the time to read. TL;DR 10/10 experience... I never say that. Upon arrival, staff was very nice and welcoming. They got me checked in quick and had an efficient process. There are a few rooms so the Dr. can get each patient setup and ready to go while he tends to another. That was the case for me. They brought me back, got me numb first and let it sit for a bit. THEN did the shot for local anesthesia. Barely felt it and that used to be a terrible experience. I got two wisdom teeth extracted on my left side. No pressure or sales tactics just a "Here is what the xray shows, what would you like to do?" No sales pitch, no upsells! Process itself was easy and straight forward for the first tooth up top. Came out within 5 minutes I'd say all in one piece. Bottom wisdom tooth was tougher because it was diagonal. He got most of it but a tip/piece broke off and was still in my jaw. I did another x ray to make sure he could get to it without touching any nerves. He was able to get the leftover piece and gave me a couple stitches for the bottom one. Post op instructions are clear and easy to read. First night I soaked through a couple gauze then did a black teabag and that helped a lot. Before bed it was more like 50% saturated 50% clean gauze still. Next morning was even better probably 25% saturation of gauze mostly white though. 24 hours in I did a saltwater rinse and let the water fall out of my mouth after carefully brushing my teeth. Next evening (28 hours post op) I did a gauze to see how much oozing is going on and there was barely any on the gauze. Most of the pain comes from opening my mouth to get a spoon in there for mashed potatoes or yogurt. Not the actual tooth area itself at all. That pain has consistently gotten better and was not bad this morning before any meds. (Around 38 hours post op) Ate a piece of bread to take antibiotic and did a ibuprofen just incase/for the jaw soreness. I almost wish Dr. Rivero would expand his practice. This is the type of Doc you want as your regular. Not just an extraction specialist. He is very good at extractions and eased my anxiety tenfold throughout the process. Hopefully wont have to come back, but absolutely would again!

Dr. Rivero successfully completed the extraction, placed a bone graft, and stitched the area--all within about an hour. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Rivero was knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. He clearly knows his craft and took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The receptionist was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helped ease my nerves from the moment I walked in. He told me I had "several cavities" and offered to do the work, for several thousand dollars. Since his office was not convenient, I went to Dr. Mark Riedler on Ohio instead. Dr. Riedler informed me I had no cavities, did a cleaning, and sent me on my way. Interesting.

Dr. Kim has resolved dental issues that no other dentist I've seen was capable of addressing. Her skills are top-notch, and she and her staff are always caring, friendly, and effective. We both had Invisalign treatment here, and Dr. Kim made important adjustments along the way that ensured excellent results for each of us. In my case, she patiently worked through a stubborn lower tooth and suggested a permanent retainer for several of my lower teeth -- it's comfortable and very effective. After decades of struggling with jaw clenching that caused severe pain, headaches, and excessive wear on my teeth, Dr. Kim asked if I'd like to try Botox treatment for it. She clearly described what to expect, and I decided to give it a try. For over a year now, the clenching has been in complete remission. The pain relief has been life-changing, and the stress on my teeth has dropped to normal. The office itself is spotless, comfortable, and thoroughly modern. They use digital X-rays, digital intraoral scanning in place of the old putty impression trays, and ceramic crowns that are designed and milled in-house, so a crown is done in a single visit.
