At my first visit, Dr. Lichter noticed gum issues that the others had not addressed. He and his staff made me feel comfortable, and I could tell that my dental health was their priority. Getting crowns usually isn't fun, but I felt no pain or discomfort at any point. Dr. Lichter is a skilled professional and, in my opinion, an artist at his craft. He is kind, caring, and genuinely concerned about you as both a patient and a person. I've had plenty of hits and misses with dentists since moving to San Diego 22 years ago--mostly misses. It took me that long to find the right dentist. No one is perfect, but Dr. Lichter comes as close as you can get. I highly recommend Dr. Lichter, today, tomorrow and everyday!

However, they made the entire process as comfortable and positive as it could possibly be. The surgeon and his assistant were amazing, they really helped ease my nerves throughout the procedure and even gave me the option to take little breaks if needed. I usually don't enjoy going to the dentist or dealing with dental surgeons, but they are honestly tough to dislike. One thing that really stood out to me is how much they emphasize gum health. It was something I had not experienced at other clinics before. They truly care about long-term dental health, not just the procedure at hand. As far as scheduling and payments for treatments, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I was able to ask all the necessary questions and address any concerns, and they very kindly took the time to answer and explain everything clearly. Overall, I'm so grateful for how they handled such a tough visit. The front desk staff is also incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this clinic!
