Doctor Seraj was great, strong communication before my appointment, including contacting my insurance and getting me a quote before the work. The staff was excellent, courteous and professional. Just like my previous root canal, virtually no pain in the procedure, she was able to pull my tooth in one piece, took only about 5 minutes, clean and quick and has healed up well. I don't really enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr Seraj and her team at Elite Dental make it easy for me.

However, they made the entire process as comfortable and positive as it could possibly be. The surgeon and his assistant were amazing, they really helped ease my nerves throughout the procedure and even gave me the option to take little breaks if needed. I usually don't enjoy going to the dentist or dealing with dental surgeons, but they are honestly tough to dislike. One thing that really stood out to me is how much they emphasize gum health. It was something I had not experienced at other clinics before. They truly care about long-term dental health, not just the procedure at hand. As far as scheduling and payments for treatments, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I was able to ask all the necessary questions and address any concerns, and they very kindly took the time to answer and explain everything clearly. The best dentistry I've ever been to! My crown broke the…read moreday before thanksgiving. I was super stressed about not having a crown for thanksgiving and the holidays. And dr Elias knew it. Him and his assistant stayed till 7:30 pm to ensure I had a crown that day. He had a bunch of other work and STILL made time to take care of me. They didn't need to stay for me, and I wouldn't have expected it less than 5 hours before thanksgiving. They always have a positive attitude even with my teeth (that aren't good) . You need to go to this dentist! They genuinely care about you!
