Office staff would make my appts without my requests. They would call while I'm at work saying there's an opening right away and expect me to just drop my stuff at work and leave. I left 2 messages back on the first week of June to schedule appts for first week of July during my vacation and since then, I've received no callback. Now, if I was to get a callback regarding appts for the first or 2nd week of July, they'll most likely say there's nothing opened and that'll be because of the office staff of not responding to messages. Of course they'll say they never got my messages in June but that's not the case. I've been interacting with them at the same number for the past couple months. Again, great Dentist. Poor office workers. Dr needs to have a talk with them.

I highly recommend the Dental office of Dr Ignacio De La Vega and his staff. Everybody there is so kind and they treat you very well and they all show that LOVE what they do. Doctor Seraj was great, strong communication before my appointment, including contacting my insurance and getting me a quote before the work. The staff was excellent, courteous and professional. Just like my previous root canal, virtually no pain in the procedure, she was able to pull my tooth in one piece, took only about 5 minutes, clean and quick and has healed up well. I don't really enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr Seraj and her team at Elite Dental make it easy for me.

I was in between plans so I was fortunate to be able to travel to TJ and they value it in my tooth and it was so cracked that I couldn't just get it repaired instead they had to pull it and put it in implant. It was taken care of that day with meticulous care. I know the dentist has a very high-level of attention to detail, which I really appreciated. I am going to go back in April to have the crown completed. I was there for several hours as they did a lot of work to evaluate my tooth then pull the cracked tooth and place the implant. I very highly recommend them for the quality of work and the price was better than in the US. of course they also picked us up and returned us back to the border

Wasted my time, money and gas to make these trips Do I have confident to drive down and make them re-do the broken crown? Do I trust them to do a 3 teeth bridge for me? I guess I'll be staying locally and get the dental bridge done. I don't know what happened to the excellent work from this office but it seems the ladies that worked there are no longer there plus Dr Elias is no longer there. I can't recommend this place since I paid almost 1k for a zirconium crown plus root canal; 2 teeth were done so 2k wasted!

Check-in was easy and quick as I was able to do a lot of the paperwork online ahead of the appt time. Very friendly and chatty staff. Cleaning felt thorough and was efficient - was in and out in less than 40 minutes for my 1st appointment cleaning with x-rays. I like that they take real-time photos to show you, beyond x-rays, what looks good and what may need work. The cleaning itself was well-done: I usually like to get a numbing gel on my gums to help with pain or sensitivity, but didn't need it and felt comfortable for the duration. I had a small cavity and was able to get it filled on-the-spot in 10 minutes - my entire time at the office was still less than 1 hour. I was worried about how long it'd take (I needed to get home for a meeting) and Dr. Afshar had me check Google maps for my ETA/traffic before she started the procedure, to ensure I'd be on time. Really appreciate the level of consideration and service.

It was a super easy walk across the border. Their taxi picked us up and dropped us off. Had a really nice coffee at a charming coffee shop next-door. All in all just a really nice day and a fabulous experience. (who says that about a day going to the dentist !?) Plus! I went in there with an $800 estimate and my partner went in there with a $3000 estimate and we were told that both of those were unnecessary so we were both able to leave with a $40 cleaning. My father doesn't live near Tijuana, so he mailed them to me, we got them "fixed" and guess what.. 1st day after they were sent back, ANOTHER tooth fell out Dentist office says they don't have records to make a new pair and he must be present. Didn't give us any direction on how to fix the issue and now we're $2500 into 2 sets of teeth that keep falling apart. I have sent dozens of friends and family here over the past 8 years and now regret ever giving them business. Terrible service, terrible care and don't take responsibility for their actions. Spend the money and go elsewhere. Or just get your teeth cleaned.
