Linh and her husband are amazing--so kind, friendly, and welcoming every time I come in. They're also incredibly accommodating when I need to bring my laptop and work while I'm there. This small shop is located near Jamba juice within the strip mall. I have been to this nail salon several times and have never had any issues with my experience. As I don't have a specific person that I liked to work with, I have had the experience of working with multiple staff members and have always been pleased with my experience. And the staff members are not offended when you ask them to modify or do touch ups. I appreciate that they are willing to help me find the perfect color. And when I come in with a picture, they are willing to find the color that matches my interest, rather than just sending me to a wall to find my color choice--which is impossible to find in a sea of colors. As I never make reservations in advance, I have been fortunate to never wait when I walk in. The salon does take reservations, and you can request a specific person. Note for tips, you cannot put them on your credit card. You need to bring cash for tips. As for parking, plenty of parking around the shop. Given the gym is nearby the parking lot can get busy so you may need to walk a bit further.

That's what makes this so disappointing. Unfortunately, the way they handle payments is not professional. After my pedicure, I went to pay (with a cash tip) and was asked to send my payment through Zelle. I've paid cash in the past, so this was a bit different, but I understood. I was given a laminated card with a phone number and name, entered the information into Zelle, and the man assisting me confirmed everything before I sent it. After completing the payment, Zelle showed that the user was not registered. At that point, a woman told me not to use Zelle because it "wasn't working." I was then told they would charge my card instead, and if the Zelle payment ever went through, they would refund me. About a week later, the Zelle payment did go through ($74). I went back to the salon that Saturday and spoke with the same woman. She remembered me and asked me to write down my information for a refund, but seemed rushed and quickly moved on. It's now Tuesday, and I still haven't received a refund, even after also submitting a request through Zelle. This is really disappointing because I thought I had found my go-to salon. Their work is great, but handling payments this way is not okay. Getting my nails done is a treat for me, and I can't afford to be charged twice. I truly hope they improve their payment process because they do great work. But as of now, this experience makes it hard to return.

She is very gentle and won't tug and pull at your arms and hands. She's not in a hurry and takes her time. She was pleasant in conversation and i received a wonderful massage on my hands arms calves and feet . I have natural nails and she's perfectly OK with that. It's been my experience that many other nail people don't want to work on natural nails and try endlessly selling the gels . Jennifer has a ton of colors both for natural and gel nails so you don't have to bring your own. Today she did a natural Cheetah print and I love it! Jennifer also gives each client their own files, heel scrubbers , toe dividers & buffers, I really appreciate this is an extra precautionary practice so there is no cross contamination (bring it with you to your next visit).
