Today's slots were booked in December, and we cannot accommodate walk-ins or same-day requests. I have already provided approximately three hours of uncharged work in good faith. Our hours, availability, and policies have been clearly communicated multiple times. Continuing to argue or challenge them needs to stop. If this continues, I will need to begin charging for my time, and I may have to discontinue our engagement in charge you for the time spent. As the owner, I've already informed you that your item will be ready for pickup on Monday.
