I explained I needed one copy made, just one copy. Kelly took the document from me & walked to a copier. She made the copy, handed it to me & I offered to pay. She said "I'm not going to charge you". She never smiled or acknowledged me, but she didn't throw me out of the store either. I've bought quite a bit of office stuff over the years including office furniture from this store. Fifteen days later, the tracking number still has a status of waiting for a pickup. I visited the store to inquire about the location of the package. They could not locate the package. They don't know if the package was picked up from Fed Ex or US Post. The manager of the store has no record of the package being scanned for pickup. Customer service was very poor. Warning. Don't ship through this store location

Her delivery guy, Josh, did a great job walking me through all the features and made sure the various adjustments were set correctly for me. Delivery to their Corvallis store hasn't been reliable, so also call to check if your order arrived even if they promised to have it by a specific date. I wouldn't recommend this company for any reason. The staff turnover is 100% since I started…read moredealing with them in January. They have either lost or thrown away my paperwork twice. When I call they do not return calls. The current office manager is rude and does not follow up. When questioned as to what I could do to make sure my cpap supplies are sent, I was told I could not do it in person; she needed it faxed from the Dr.s office. I am going to find another office to get my supplies from, but I caution anyone who needs lifesaving medical equipment, GO ELSEWHERE! I will be calling the corporate office and filing a formal complaint, but I feel like this also will be an exercise in futility.
