I wouldn't recommend this company for any reason. The staff turnover is 100% since I started dealing with them in January. They have either lost or thrown away my paperwork twice. When I call they do not return calls. The current office manager is rude and does not follow up. When questioned as to what I could do to make sure my cpap supplies are sent, I was told I could not do it in person; she needed it faxed from the Dr.s office. I am going to find another office to get my supplies from, but I caution anyone who needs lifesaving medical equipment, GO ELSEWHERE! I will be calling the corporate office and filing a formal complaint, but I feel like this also will be an exercise in futility. read more
