I had emailed the pdf to myself because the website said I could print it straight from their printer. I consider myself fairly savvy in computers but a new set up can always be a little overwhelming. The guy behind the counter acted like I had barged into his home and made myself comfortable using his kitchen and eating his food. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth. I nearly bit my tongue off as "Keep your mouth shut, don't be a Karen" went thru my mind more than a thousand times. I get people hate their jobs, but is showing basic decency to another human being really THAT painful??? I wasted $50 printing it out multiple times never getting what I was hoping for. I went back home and used my computer & printer. It looks fine, not great like I wanted but at least I don't feel like a bother... my food is better anyway. Will never go back.

I didn't want to use a credit card in the self serve machine for just one copy. In less than 15 seconds, she came back with the photocopy and proceeded to tell me that it would be $2.50. "What?," I replied. She showed me a sign by the cash register, blocked by another sign, stating that one copy costs $2.50. I asked her why she didn't tell me that at the time of the request. She shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to a manager and along came, DESTINY.... WOW! A 20-something, rude, manner-less girl, who rushed to the counter and emanated a putrid stench of body odor. She clearly received little to no training on how to treat customers with respect. My bank removed the $2.50 debit from my credit card. I will go into Office Max tomorrow for the very, last, time...to give them .35 cents for the one photo copy that I received. This Office Depot location won't be operating for much longer, guaranteed. I repeated "Pick-up" and again he replies with a surly "Pick-up of WHAT?" Now I'm starting to get frustrated, and I gesture to the sign.
