The friendly staff arrived (wore masks) and went over the job to make sure the job was clear. They worked quickly and efficiently. Carpet Care Plus was able to make my carpets look new! The carpets that I thought I would have to replace are beautiful. One room was smaller than they quoted in price so my overall cost for the service decreased. Honesty goes a long way for me! Initially, they sent two workers at a time, which made the cleanings efficient--typically done in about 1.5 hours. However, over time, things changed. Due to being short-staffed (per the workers), they started sending only one person, which naturally doubled the cleaning time. On the last visit, they sent two people, but one was in training, so again, it took about 3 hours. The quality of the cleaning was decent--nothing I couldn't do myself, but it was a huge relief to have someone else handle it. My disappointment began when the contract ended. Despite the fact that my home size and the scope of cleaning hadn't changed, they wanted to increase the rate because the job was taking longer. It wasn't due to additional work or special requests--it was simply because of their staffing and training issues. That doesn't seem fair to me as a customer. Another frustrating experience was when I tried to schedule a carpet cleaning and never received a callback, even after leaving a voicemail. Ironically, when I first hired them, their initial deep cleaning and carpet cleaning were excellent--really above expectations. So it's disappointing to see that level of service fade over time. In short, the individual cleaners were great, but the business decisions and lack of responsiveness left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I wish things had ended on a better note.

Called me the day before to confirm the time. Erroyl and Bob showed up on time and begun inspecting the vents and duct work. They soon realized that my ducts were clean already. We walked the house together and the took pictures of each vent and showed me the inside. Very clean! They looked at my HVAC unit and that was clean too! They then inspected the dry vent and....clean! They were very thorough and explained everything as they went along. I appreciate them taking the time to look in all vents and explain what they saw. Both men were very professional throughout the appointment. Even though I did not end up needed the service I would highly recommend this company to everyone! I called and spoke to Becky and told her what was going on who said this is not per their policy and not sure why he was doing this. I also spoke to Rocky. They gave me a credit for another carpet cleaning to try them again. I set it up and when I scheduled it they put a note that I didn't owe and had a credit. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

Their staff member showed up on time, and he was very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he did a beautiful job on our carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms. We felt the value was incredible, and we will definitely have them back again. So much easier than doing it ourselves!

When I called and questioned him about the $15 difference, he said he told my wife there was a $15 service charge. Not true. Bottom line, I should have shopped it a bit, just didn't want to spend time doing so.
