They called me ahead of time to tell me that they could arrive earlier than our scheduled time. That was a bonus! The friendly staff arrived (wore masks) and went over the job to make sure the job was clear. They worked quickly and efficiently. Carpet Care Plus was able to make my carpets look new! The carpets that I thought I would have to replace are beautiful. One room was smaller than they quoted in price so my overall cost for the service decreased. Honesty goes a long way for me! I have to say, the owner was absolutely amazing to work with. Unlike many companies that rely on…read moreautomated AI responses for scheduling and questions, he communicated personally and directly -- which already set him apart. We just leased a home, and while the carpets had been professionally cleaned, the wood floors and tile had years of grime and buildup that regular mopping couldn't touch. He came to the home and provided a free estimate. He was professional, kind, and completely transparent about what he believed he could accomplish with the wood floors, tile, and grout. I knew that any improvement would be better than the condition they were in, and he exceeded those expectations. He also accommodated our tight schedule and completed everything before move‑in, which was a huge relief. I let him into the house remotely, and he spent about 4-4.5 hours cleaning roughly 1,100 sq. ft. of flooring. After finishing, he sent photos showing a phenomenal transformation -- and even those pictures don't fully capture how beautiful the floors look now. The entire space feels refreshed, brighter, and genuinely different. It changed the energy of the home, and it feels great knowing we're moving into a truly clean space. I highly recommend him and his family‑owned company. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer care are outstanding. We will absolutely be using them again in the future. The first several photos were taken by me. The rest, notable differences, were taken by him afterwards. His photos are amazing but don't do the work justice.

We had Fresh and Clean out to clean our carpets today…read more Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they had availability to work within our schedule. Their staff member showed up on time, and he was very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he did a beautiful job on our carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms. We felt the value was incredible, and we will definitely have them back again. So much easier than doing it ourselves!

We asked Doug to use a fragrance free product and he gave us the advice that the fragrance free product might not pick up the trapped oils as well, but he did what we asked. Then he called. He felt the carpet really didn't look as good as it could, even though it started out very dirty. So he started twice as long, went through and cleaned it again with a regular cleaner that had a degreaser in it. He left the air movers over the weekend and there wasn't any odor when we opened for business. I know this carpet probably needs to be replaced, but if I can hold off doing that for another year with Doug's help that'll be great for us! Thanks for your fastidious work!
