Unresponsive, unprofessional. A week or so into the job, I discovered that they didn't even have my name right in their system, despite the contract I signed (and never received a copy of)...instead of King, my name was HARRIS. ??? Though I was told they would be taking pictures for mitigation, none have been sent to myself or State Farm after more than three weeks. I was informed by Russel, the initial project manager, that the basement would be cleaned, the damaged and/or dirtied contents would be photographed, bagged, and removed, and the basement would then be sprayed for mold protection. I am still finding "muddy" items, there are things I had that I'm not able to report because the images are unavailable to send to insurance, and to top it off the workers were caught smoking in my house (I'm an ex smoker and have severe allergies to mold). I've been waiting on an email response from their office manager Jessica (the one who I was told repeatedly was communicating directly with the insurance company by the receptionist) for several days now. I did finally receive a final bill from them that I could send to Insurance, but had to request a NEW copy because they hadn't included the $1100 they had required me to pay them before starting work, which I was later informed was supposed to have been paid to the insurance company, not them. Overall I am very unimpressed with their attitude, their lack of professionalism, their workers, their lack of communication, their record keeping, and their inability to live up to the advertised services on their website. They certainly do not do the PuroClean Brand proud.

She quoted me a price and told me she may or may not bring someone with her to help out, but that she would let me know day of. She also asked for pictures. I sent her pictures of the home that weekend, she was out of town, but said "no worries." She was to clean the next Friday. The night before she was scheduled I texted to see what time frame I should expect her... no response. I texted her again in the morning because we needed to run an errand and I didn't want to miss her... no response. Then I called her. She said she was working on other homes and would not be finished until 4 pm and then she would be done for the day, then she offered to check around to see if she could maybe fit me in. I texted her after about an hour to see what results she had and she told me she wasn't coming. This was around 1 pm, with the funeral the following day and family members already in town. I wish she would have been upfront earlier when there was still time remaining to resolve the situation.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice and would always ask the owner and followup with me. The owner came out for the consult and smelled different areas of the carpet to make sure he knew where to treat. He also gave details on how he would treat. The price was very reasonable. I also want to add that he was on time to the appointment. For the actual cleaning he arrived at my home on time for the appointment, with his employee. They were both very friendly and did a thorough job. I never felt like they were rushing to leave. They both went over what was being done for each step. The carpet smelled so good and still smells good almost a week later. I will always call them for service.

Hired Ms Grace out of Fairview Heights, IL to do a move out cleaning of a house I rented…read more Their site says they take credit cards but the woman that the Ms Grace company sent, Angie, that "cleaned" the house would only take cash. There were extra charges for cleaning fixtures like ceiling fans, Baseboards, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, etc. All of these charges I agreed to because I was moving out and was required to have the house professionally cleaned. So, how hard could cleaning an empty house be, right? WRONG!!!! When I returned to the house after Angie "cleaned" it, i found that the refrigerator was still the same as before, the oven was the same, and ceiling fans had residue on them, the bathroom faucets were spotty and not shiny, and she left trash behind (I thought she was supposed to clean!) ... so not cleaned as I expected considering all the up-charges! I think my teenager would have done better. The only thing that was done well was the carpet cleaning, which was also required to be paid by cash directly to Angie, and she said she would then pay "her guy" the carpet cleaning service. The carpets looked great. Further, Angie was not the most friendly or professional person in the world. She talked over me and interrupted constantly, and constantly reminded me of how much she was doing for me. I thought I was the customer?!!!! I went ahead with the service because I was under the gun to get out of the house before the end of the lease. Buyer beware on this company, and especially if they send Angie to do the work.
