We just leased a home, and while the carpets had been professionally cleaned, the wood floors and tile had years of grime and buildup that regular mopping couldn't touch. He came to the home and provided a free estimate. He was professional, kind, and completely transparent about what he believed he could accomplish with the wood floors, tile, and grout. I knew that any improvement would be better than the condition they were in, and he exceeded those expectations. He also accommodated our tight schedule and completed everything before move‑in, which was a huge relief. I let him into the house remotely, and he spent about 4-4.5 hours cleaning roughly 1,100 sq. ft. of flooring. After finishing, he sent photos showing a phenomenal transformation -- and even those pictures don't fully capture how beautiful the floors look now. Their staff member showed up on time, and he was very professional. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he did a beautiful job on our carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to get out some of the ware spots in the high traffic areas. Our carpets look brand new, and the house smells great. He arrived at 9 AM, and finished six rooms and the stairway in an hour and 45 minutes. It's now an hour later, and the carpets are nearly dry and most rooms. Called me the day before to confirm the time. Erroyl and Bob showed up on time and begun inspecting the vents and duct work. They soon realized that my ducts were clean already. We walked the house together and the took pictures of each vent and showed me the inside. Very clean! They looked at my HVAC unit and that was clean too! A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains.
